The whole place is a bit of a joke... The staff is really nice and helpful and the location is great, but the facilities are really bad. Rooms are very basic (just a bed and a small table) with disfunctioning power plugs, not even a bin or a hook anywhere. The bed is very uncomfortable and we found many hairs inside, making us really doubting that the sheets have been changed. No hot water in the showers (warmish sometimes if you are lucky) No toilet paper (you have to get some “pre-cut” at the front desk...), nor any kind of towel/napkin to dry your hands in the bathroom... General facilities are very cheap and sometimes not functioning Very bad insolation of the place makes it VERY noisy (we ve been awaken every morning by 7 because of heavy work in the building) NO kitchen (you can get hot water from the kettle though) Very ugly, cold and impersonal decoration (the place really looks like an office) ... The place itself is still quite good value for money as other accommodation in Mexico City are more expensive, but i wouldn’t recommend this place that obviously isn’t really finished and need more work before...

Room without window, rented for 2 people

a bed that is so sagging that, as a 183 cm European, you cannot lie on it without pain.

Foam mattress so thin and worn that it can't compensate for the broken bed

3 sockets in the tiny room, only one works, charging smart devices at the same time is not possible

WiFi included, far too little bandwidth, it wasn't possible to download 5MB of data in 30 minutes

a clothes rack without hangers, there are no hooks in the entire room or storage space for clothes

just a shared shower for, I don't know how many rooms, which is always in use

I allowed myself to be barefoot in the room, after I had to wash my feet so as not to get my socks dirty.

All in all, an experience I would have preferred to...

The location is excellent, and the price for this area can't be beat. But it was extremely noisy. It's two floors of an office building where the cubicles have been converted into rooms, there's a night club nearby and the bass from that music shook the walls and even the bunk bed frame all night. The shower area is poorly designed so it's nearly impossible to change and if your staying in a place like this, you're probably traveling light and that means you haven't packed your bathrobe! When I was there it was a holiday weekend and fully booked. I'd also say they don't have enough toilets or showers to accommodate the number of people who are there if it's...

Absolutely disgusting, walls were smeared with mystery liquids and solids, bed looked liked it had been peed in every night for 50 years. Mattress was moulded and brown. Sheets smelled dirty. Bathrooms were so gross they felt un-usable. Room had no window and no ac, only an insanely dust caked fan that blew chunks of dust onto you. Hallways were filled with garbage and condom wrappers littered everywhere. Half naked men passed through the hallways constantly. Being here felt like a physical hazard, we did not feel safe. Not worth it, not even for a night

Hotel is good located but it is only advantage. It is situated on the 6th and 7th floor of the building. Rooms are good but you can hear all your neighbours around. Blanket are clear but you can smell sweaty pillow and mattress. Most anointed was bass and vibes from the club in the building. It been till 7am. We booked 5 nights and stayed just 1.5 day. It been nice from reception they refunded some money back. So final result. It is hotel for budget travel with some disadvantages.

Terrible hostel, misleading name, as it doesn't have a kitchen, the toilets and showers are broken and disgusting, no towels and no toilet paper, the sockets are not working. We got bitten all over by bed bugs. The staff is unfriendly. The only good thing is the location. The photos are also misleading, it doesn't look anything like that, it is small and minging.
