Carl’s Jr — Restaurant in Mexico City

Before I open my mouth regarding a restaurant I remember that I owned three. This Carls JR does not like Americans. They do not like people visiting their place unless they like their type. Sadly, this appears to be the night manager who gives this attitude and encourages it to his crew. I live in the neighborhood, since I am both a Mexican citizen and an American citizen, in fact I live above them and have given them 5 tries to pretend I don't see their rudenes. But, it is why it is. There are other Carls Jr in the downtown area I'd visit them...

I’m usually pretty forgiving when purchasing fast food but the experience I had here was awful. I purchased the hand batters chicken sandwich. Once I got back to my room and opened it I noticed it was a very dark color, ok, then my first bite and was an overpowering taste of mayonnaise. I like mayonnaise but the was way too much, the bun had transformed to a flat piece of greasy dough. The lettuce and tomato were wilted away. The chicken meat had a texture of almost like rubber. I will not quickly forget...

¡PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PERSONAL CLASISTA Y RACISTA!

El día de hoy mi novio asistió a esta sucursal vestido con bermuda, playera, unos tenis y una gorra, cuando mi novio iba a a entrar LE NEGARON LA ENTRADA Y EL SERVICIO, un empleado del establecimiento le dijo que NO PODÍA PASAR, al preguntar el motivo por el cuál no lo dejaban entrar solo sonrió falsamente (mirándolo de arriba a abajo) y respondió que si quería pasar debía revisar la mochila de mi novio (que traía una botella de agua, un paraguas y una sudadera) y posteriormente a la revisión tenía que dejar la mochila FUERA del establecimiento o de otra forma NO PODRÍA INGRESAR AL LUGAR.

Y está no es la primera vez que tienen estás actitudes, en otra ocasión fuimos los dos juntos al mismo establecimiento y la cajera miró despectivamente a mi novio y le preguntó si "necesitaba algo" con ironía, tanto mi novio como yo nos extrañamos y yo solo respondí que íbamos juntos, la chica solo me miró y respondió "ah bueno" de mala gana.

El personal de este lugar se fija en tu tono de piel y en como vas vestido para determinar si quieren atenderte o no, se basan en el físico para ver si te tratarán amable o ni siquiera te van a...
