Capital O Hotel Patio Pombo — Hotel in Oaxaca

We have two rooms here and there is no water. Since yesterday they have telling us “soon” it will fixed. They moved one of us in our group cause there was a leak on the floor in our old room to another room and this morning by we have no water either. I had business meeting this morning and couldn’t complete it because the internet shut off in the middle of it. On top of that, they are jackhammering the street in front and it is super noisy. There has been no offer to provide alternative arrangements at this point. More to come…

Update. Had to move again because when we returned, people were working in the room we had. Continued to have water problems. Not good. Also, disappointed in “breakfast”. A piece of toast and a coffee is not a breakfast. No refills, no fruit or eggs. Not breakfast.

Scammers. I made a reservation through Booking.com with free cancellation and "pay upon arrival". As soon as the reservation was confirmed, they charged my credit card "to guarantee my reservation". I then had to cancel the reservation due to changes of plans, and I cancelled weeks before the expiration of the free cancellation period; they have never refunded me that charge. I sent them messages on booking and per e-mail, they are never replying. Scammers and cheaters! Do not give them your credit card details.

A "premium room with Queen size bed" was a 3x3 meter room with 1,2m wide bed, no windows or AC. The only "ventilation" was some cracks in the door towards the lobby that basically took away any form of privacy, as we could hear anyone passing by and vice versa. The towels were sand paper and the shower drain was clogged when we moved in, so the entire room would flood every time you'd take a 2-minute shower. We had to ask for new pillows and sheets as they had hair and smudges on them from the previous visitors. When we arrived, they forgot to book us in even though they confirmed the booking and it took 30 minutes to give us a room. Worst...
