Like others have already written, the hotel is still under construction, same goes for the neighborhood. Several buildings are under construction and won't be finished for another couple of months. Luckily we didn't spend much time at the hotel part from mornings and evenings, still the construction started at 8-9am and at times the sound would be deafening from the constructions in the area. The hotel is almost all surface. Built to look appealing. Everywhere you go there is concrete floors, walls, the ceiling. So when you take of your shoes you immediately get dirty which feels really weird underneath your foot. The rooms were designed rather strange. The sink was to the right when you can through the front entrance, rather in the bathroom. There was bad lighting and close to no furniture in the room. No desk, no chairs no place to really sit except for the bed. The balcony was small and had again, no furniture, no chairs no nothing. On the plus side the shower was large but sometimes it took forever to get hot water. Continuing to the top floor. In the too floor there is a "restaurant" were you can choose to eat breakfast, lunch, have a snack and so on. The service is unfortunately dreadful. The staff barley speaks any English which is extremely important if you are running a hotel! You can't expect guest from abroad to learn Spanish or the language of the county they are visiting. Especially when English is my second language. Anyhow. The service is extremely slow, music is loud and inappropriate to the setting and more expensive than on the street. The pool is on the same floor and is alright. Decent size but way too shallow. Also our rooms were directly underneath the pool so whenever people would jump and play in the pool we would hear it very loudly. The only positive thing with this place was some of the receptionist were very helpful, the price and the view from the top floor. Other than that the hotel was a disappointment.

We went as a family to stay in the "master suite", which was 3 rooms joined together but with one external room key. Our booking was for 7 nights, but we left after the first night and the hotel refuses to respond to my requests for some sort of refund. Basic expectations were non-existent. - Coffee and tea in room. Nope. - AC working in all 3 "sub-rooms". Nope. - WiFi in room. Nope. - Soap in room. Nope. - Tiny beds. Yep. Seriously, these beds are something like 5'10 in length. Certainly not queen size. - Clean room. Nope. - English speaking. Nope. I have no problems with hotels that don't speak English in this area, but don't advertise to English tourists and then be unable to communicate. The toilet seats were the cheapest plastic ever. Sitting down earns you a tap on the back from the seat, and a little ride on the loose toilet mounting. The barn style bathroom doors seem nice, but don't have handles. All the windows still had tape on them from transport. Breakfast was also an interesting experience. You need to just push your way onto a shared table and then hope that some food will be delivered to you. Once again, this is probably a cultural difference which is fine, but it would be nice to know before hand. Also, nobody at breakfast spoke any English. The food was so-so. Take a look at these pictures and let them speak for themselves. The modern concrete look is simply lazy and cheap.

Incredible Service – Brito Made Our Stay Unforgettable! I can’t say enough great things about our stay, and a huge part of that was thanks to Brito! He was the sweetest, most attentive hotel clerk we’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Brito helped us with everything—booking excursions, arranging taxis, and even recommending a place to get our clothes dry cleaned. When our friend got sick, he didn’t hesitate to assist, even offering to let us make an extra key to his room so we could take care of him. His kindness and dedication truly stood out. During our friend’s wedding, Brito was there to take pictures for us, ensuring we captured those special moments. He was always personable, happy to help, and incredibly hardworking. You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience. The hotel itself was affordable and in the perfect location—right at the end of the strip, so it was peaceful but still within walking distance of everything. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. Because of Brito and the overall experience, I will absolutely be back! If you’re looking for a place with top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere, this is it. Thank you, Brito, for making our trip so special!

Pros great location if you want to sleep at night, 25 minutes to the center of the city, but for that you get a calm night, if you are lucky and your neighbors are not party animals. We were sleeping for the whole two weeks great modern look, for someone maybe too simple, I have found it okay English speaking receptionist enough space by pool to chill on room 307 great wi-fi combination of A/C and fan is nice comfortable beds safe on the room for free towels for beach for free cheaper entry to Martina´s beach club – ½ price overall great price/performance ratio, you get for what you are paying for + calm location Cons the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had! Choice between eggs and pancakes. I cannot eat eggs and I wanted the pancakes I could get only two small pancakes(you can´t get more, they tell you it would be extra), that is rather a dessert than breakfast for a day full of trips, only once juice – orange juice – made from powder, really bad. And the worst on it, the breakfast is not in form of a buffet, you have to wait for it, usual waiting time for breakfast is 25 to 40 minutes, which means you need at least an hour to finish your breakfast. Don´t pay extra for the breakfast, use of many breakfast spots nearby, almost every opens at 7am and offer wonderful breakfast for a reasonable price(usually 20€ per two persons for a huge breakfast including drinks) really bad pool, the roof is great, really nice to chill, but the pool was for 8 days really dirty, not that some dirt was laying in there, but the water was green and you could not see through, after 8 days was the pool cleaned as many guest had a problem with it, after it the pool was okay to use, but still to clear. We have visited other hotels pools(yes you can pay entry to the pool by lot of hotels in PDC) rather than using our – in those times was a lot of seaweed in the sea and beaches were unusable (March 2022). no cocktail by the pool, if you would like to chill by the pool with margarita, you have to visit different hotel the quality of the building and rooms is bad, it was built really cheaply, there was dropping water the ceiling on our room, it has to be repaired twice and they still were not able to repair it the floors are looking really dirty on the room, with wine, maybe blood droplets, my feeling was only vacuum cleaner was used, no mopping, which is by concrete floor bad. holes in the towels on the room, they should not be used anymore everything was so cheap on the room, only the bed was great no ability to contact reception from the room, no advice on the phone how to call reception the whole hotel is like a cave, in the night it was calm, but the cleaning of room was starting at 6:30am so we were wakened up every morning because of the bad acoustic of the hotel from the roof you are looking on an abandoned building full of homeless people towel service by pool starting at 9am,...

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is run by these guys who think they are all macho when in reality they take what little power they have wayyyy too far. My room got flooded, my macbook charger (expensive) was ruined. When I told them about the situation, the “manager” who is also a waiter, acted like this was completely no big deal and couldn’t get out of my room fast enough. The rooms themselves are gross. There is mold on the ceiling and holes in the walls where critters could come through. I ordered a massage and this supposedly licensed masseuse just put oil on me and mostly just rubbed my butt, sometimes getting a little too close to, well you know, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Other than my butt she kind of just rubbed in the oil. The table had a dirty, wet towel on it and a smelly towel in the hole for your face so not only can you not breathe, you are smelling sweat and bad body odor. I stood up about 20 mins in and left. Oh and my reservation said I would be getting a patio-I didn’t. They lied straight to my face and told me they had no rooms left. Which was a lie that resulted in my property getting damaged. After this, they call booking.com and tell them that I was the one that destroyed THEIR property. Which isn’t at all true. Booking.com gave them permission to charge my card whatever they want. Everyone is very unpleasant, unprofessional, and just rude. I will never stay outside American hotels again. Oh and the creepy general manager also made me feel like he was trying to pick me up, he kept staring at my chest, and when I walked away and turned around, I saw his eyes glued to my butt. He also works as a cabbie- it’s all one big scam. I don’t write too many reviews but I had to warn people. Stay far away from this disgusting,horror-show...
