I recently visited a Hamama Wellness studio in Playa Del Carmen with various types of classes and I must say it was one of the best group class experience I have found in Playa Del Carmen. The service at this studio is simply exceptional, and I was truly impressed by the level of attention and care provided by the instructors.

Jenny, is an amazing instructor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience in yoga & breathwork practice. Her classes are well-structured, challenging and very engaging.

The pricing at this studio is very fair and reasonable, considering the quality of service provided. I found it to be a great value for the money.

After over a decade of inactivity and being sedentary, I had a strong desire to start prioritizing fitness AND I also had a lot of anxious feelings about getting back into fitness at 40+ and feeling like I was SO out of shape (perhaps some trauma as well from insane bootcamp style workouts and running marathons and in my 20s). I could not have asked for a better re-introduction into fitness than Jenny and Hamama. I've truly enjoyed challenging my body in the Body Sculpt classes. This location is now called Ital Life Wellness. I was visiting Playa last week and looked up yoga studios nearby. This location had a Saturday night sound bath that I wanted to go to. My experience was incredible! Jesus was leading the sound bath and Olivia was performing reiki. Their energy, as well as everyone in the class, was absolutely beautiful and helped heal me. I’m sad I don’t live nearby otherwise, I would be here weekly. The owner of Ital Life was also there at the start of class and he had such a kind/happy energy radiating from him.
