Solid healthy spot, but missing details and transparency

This place is a bit of a trek from the beach, so it’s best visited if you have a car or scooter to get around. That said, it’s in a convenient location close to other breakfast spots, making it a good stop if you’re exploring the area. The vibe is relaxed, and the menu leans toward healthy eating, which is always a plus.

I ordered the avocado toast and it was delicious. Made with high-quality bread and topped just right—light, fresh, and exactly what you’d want from a healthy breakfast option.

I also tried the Pita de Pollo, and while it was well put together, it wasn’t what was described on the menu. The listed ingredients—avocado, mushrooms, carrots, and baby spinach—weren’t there. Instead, it had cucumbers and tomatoes, which weren’t mentioned at all. The flavor wasn’t bad, but the lack of transparency was disappointing. If substitutions were made, it would’ve been nice to be informed—especially when the listed ingredients were what drew me to the dish in the first place.

Also, I really wish they offered fries as a side. With such a lean, health-focused menu, it would be nice to have the option to add something a little more hearty or classic on the side.

All in all, it’s a nice spot for a fresh, healthy breakfast. But clearer communication about menu changes and more transparency about substitutions would go a long way toward improving the...

food looked nice but was not very tasty & quite expensive. my husband enjoyed his omelette but his potatoes were undercooked… sadly my waffle was also dense & undercooked inside like thick oatmeal rather than fluffy as a waffle should be. we came here because the sign for matcha waffles caught my attention but the texture being way off & lack of matcha flavor was extremely disappointing. also was disappointed there was no option for an iced latte. in a beach town like Playa cold drinks are the preference for many who don’t want to drink hot coffee when it’s very hot outside, so we got green juice. I saw the raving reviews for this place and expected it to be great but...

A must-visit for brunch lovers if you’re in PDC! I ordered the egg bagel, and it was absolutely delightful, perfectly cooked eggs, fresh ingredients, and great flavor. My wife had the chicken pita, which was just as amazing, flavorful, and a great portion size

The service here is outstanding; the staff was friendly, attentive, speak good English and went above and beyond to make our experience great. They even surprised us with a complimentary Lemon muffin, which was a delicious touch!

Overall, everything from the food to the service was top-notch. For my wife and I to both have a delicious brunch. It was less than $30 USD. Definitely...
