If I could give -10 to this hotel I would! It was absolutely horrible to stay in this hotel. The hotel is very old and nothing get repaired and fixed. We had to change rooms three times. The first room was above a club and we could not sleep all night, the toilet was also making a no stop noice, the light in the bathroom was yellow and was going on and off, the towels and bedsheets were smelly. In the second room the window did not shut and the glasses were broken, so I had another night with no much sleep as I got cold from the open window even with three blankets. Again the towels and bedsheets were smelly, I had to buy some new towels from the shop, one to cover the pillow and one for my face as they only give you a huge towel for the shower. The third room again had few other problems, one blanket for one person, one of the two plugs in the room had something stuck inside so we couldn't use it, and just to complete the whole experience, the sink was leaking from the tap, so when we came back after few hours, we found the bathroom flooding (literally water everywhere). Someone came to check and they said they would fix it the day after and in the meantime they would provide us with an additional towel and the missing blanket. We went out for dinner and when we came back, there no extra towel and no blanket. I asked the reception to have it right there but they said that it was not possible (without any clear explanation, just "it is not possible") and that the only option was to change room. AGAIN?! At 11pm at night?!! Seriously?!!! I could no longer cope with that, especially at that time of the day, so we just went to our room and try to sleep. The day after, I went to the reception and started complaining and rising my voice as I could not take it anymore, it was absolutely awful!!! The reception staff and the manager kept saying they would do it but it always took few reminders to have something sorted.

My experience it's was very bad I have made booking true booking.com and still waiting for decision.check I o 03/01/25 for 7 days 4 pp But I just advised stay way from this disgusting apart hotel TAGADIRT my photos say all no more (Fkg ) words. Room 5401. 75 steps from the bot until the top flat in i have a disabled problems i will be in problems. was'not like the Booking.com photos. It was more like a grim studio that would have passed for a 1 star in the 60’s i dont now The bath/shower, you couldn’t have stepped foot in! Leaky toilet. We are pretty chilled and easy going but this place gave us the shivers It was the dirtiest room and place I have ever seen like for real And me, my wife and my kid, now we get an alergi anther the arms do to the dirty and smelly towels. sometimes smelling like dirty feet's. bathroom there is watter everywhere into the room Fridge full of ice and very dirty whit hears on the shelfs cuberts very old live cockroaches running in the room There was no Wi Fi during my long stay of 7 days for when asked in the reception they were always in maintenance and the technicians would deal with it on the next morning never never happened Just the housekeeping girls are the ones very polite. and health and safety activities organisation should visit this location And do something about there are many crumbling walls around the hotel when there are children around. There are also many cats inside the hotel. I found live and dead rats very close to the pool🤮🤢 According to internal sources, the owners don't worry about anything and have 3 other hotels in the same area

The hotel was an okay price but kind of expensive depending on when you go in the year. Appart-Hotel Tagadirt was near £700 this time of year (September) which is just way way too much. We paid £414 last year and we went during the peak holiday season (July 10th to July 24th) for 3 adults, for 2 weeks. IMPORTANT! Be very aware of the “City Tax” which has to be paid directly to the hotel and it will change from the amount that is quoted. This seems to be a thing regardless of which hotel you go to in Agadir so be careful. For example, I booked this hotel using Agoda, and I had to pay around £35-£40 in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) for the “City Tax” which is paid to the reception. This was different by a little bit compared to what was quoted on Agoda, and we paid this at the property. The £414 on Agoda had this “City Tax” included in the price, however we had to pay it again and when we told them this (at the reception) they kept arguing with us. To avoid not having a room for 2 weeks, we paid it at the reception, however, Agoda customer service was very good and gave us the money back after the trip. The people at the reception were very rude when we questioned that the amount for the “City Tax” was different than on the Agoda app but as I mentioned, I got my money back through Agoda. A key tip however is that Igoudar Hotel (which is a lot quieter and is just down the road) is a lot cheaper as this is the hotel we went to this time (September 12th till September 26) and I believe is owned by the same people as a lot of workers from Appart-Hotel Tagadirt also work here.

80 + steep steps from entrance to room . No mention of steps on website, I have mobility issues due to oedema in left leg. My ankles are now in agony from steepness and amount. I'm short and have to land heavily going down steps. There are no rails on outside steps. 55 steps from room to pool. Room jaded & dirty - wasn't made up properly on arrival. Ants coming in which we reported but did nothing but a cleaner turned with a cloth then refused to touch them. We sprayed with Deet, sent the nest crazy but they at least died. Cleaner came next day to clean when we were moving rooms. Then there were cockroaches. Moved us to the room above, 7 less steps but one massive one just outside that comes above my ankle if I stand next to it

All staff were rude, reception, café and poolside. The café was disgustingly filthy, tables were not cleared off or tablecloths shaken off. Staff ignored you if you sat down to order. One day 4 servers carried on with doing nothing and when I went to the counter to request an order, the girl barked at me "what do you want" not in as 'what do you want to order' but what do YOU WANT? We got used to being ignored by reception staff, probably because we were usually there to complain. No restaurant as stated on website, only snack bar by pool selling greasy fast food only which I can't eat as diabetic so had to force myself, almost in tears due to the pain, to take all the steps to go out to restaurants, which usually on holiday, is what I love, trying different places every night, but I was in agony & exhausted and not enjoying going out as I have that thought that I've got to make that awful journey back to room and not sleeping properly as in pain and lumpy old mattress. Pillows changed on request after interrogation by head cleaner as to what was wrong with them. Slightly softer but they were also old and lumpy. I'm sleeping better on the lounger by the pool in the afternoon. Had to ask twice for toilet paper...240 concrete stairs later... Nowhere to hang wet swimming costumes and towels as there is no terrace or balcony as stated on your hotel description. Can't reach bedside table on one side as so far from bed Pulled muscles trying to open & close wardrobes. Can't leave one next to bed open as would smack into it getting in and out of bed in the night, in the dark. In first room, shower hose not long enough, husband had to take apart to attach to holder and have to stand at other end of bath being battered by spray coming from flat against wall shower head. Bathtub was disgusting so couldn't take a bath instead. Coating was missing and uneven. No free toiletries as per website Mattresses & pillows are so old, we both have backache & general joint stiffness. Hole in window pane, glass just missing. Frame appears rotten Leaf missing in top window louvre There's something not right with the water as our double sized bar of soap has disintegrated within 4 days and our hair is sticky and knotty My husband has long, thick hair and cannot get a comb through it, it's so bad. Second room: Room slightly fresher, still dirty, we killed 17 cockroaches in 2 days. No one came to spray or fill holes where they were coming from Width of edge of bathtub was about 6 inches, really difficult for someone who is short, with mobility issues, to get into bathtub. Shower loose and positioned wrong so water would hit the bath surround, and water would run out of bath, down steps into room. Took a bath. Under bath edge covered in mold. Both windows didn't fit and wouldn't close. Front door jammed and had I been alone, I would not have been able to open from inside or outside. Kitchen chair seats were not attached and I nearly hit the floor getting up. Toilet would not flush completely and we had to flush several times and the water ran constantly which was really loud at night. Plumber came, twisted a screw and said it was fine push flush button harder. In an attempt to avoid so much paper in the toilet, my husband decided to use the bidet. It flooded the bathroom and put nasty black crap all...

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was a nightmare. The place was infested with cockroaches, including some as large as my hand, which crawled all over my children, beds, and furniture. There were also lizards, and cat poo all over the hotel, and an unsettling sewer smell permeating the entire property, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. The staff were rude, aggressive, and completely lacked any sense of professionalism or respect. They were more interested in chasing us for tips than providing decent service. We were a family of five—two adults and three kids—and they gave us just one bed, We Booked 5 Beds, They told Us £200 extra For A Bed, No Aircon, No TV and No Wifi despite the obvious need for proper sleeping arrangements. The furniture was broken, the beds were uncomfortable, the shower was out of order, and toilets were leaking. We encountered bed bugs and spider eggs, making the place feel utterly disgusting. The hotel’s manager was particularly hostile. He yelled at me in front of my children, causing them to become upset and scared. The photos advertised online were clearly photoshopped; the actual condition of the hotel was far worse. They falsely portrayed a clean, family-friendly environment, but it was everything but that. Throughout our stay, we had no towels, no toilet paper, and staff even stole my watch and purse. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and leaking toilets. We couldn’t get any sleep because the nightclub downstairs started blaring music at 2 a.m. and continued until 6 a.m., making it impossible for anyone to rest. This place is not suitable for families at all—definitely not kid-friendly. I am still haunted by nightmares of cockroaches crawling over my children and the filthiness of the entire hotel. It’s clear they are only interested in taking your money and couldn’t care less about your comfort or safety. This has been the worst holiday of my life, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s a disgusting, dangerous, and unprofessional establishment that I will never return to, Dont Say I...

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS!||||Believe what the other reviews are saying!||||I have just returned from this hotel, My friends belongings was taken within 3 days of arriving, I don't just mean a few items of clothing I mean EVERYTHING! even the toiletries, the room was cleared like no one was staying in there! The reception staff did absolutely nothing to help, only the cleaners could have accessed the room, the door was secured/locked each time we left, so it is someone in the hotel that is doing this!, I know this is not the first time this has happened either as we know other people that have stayed at this hotel and it happened to them too!. Management were not interested and the Director was no where to be seen! The Police are involved and an investigation is on going. This resulted in me having to padlock our cases closed everyday!||||Also, I was travelling with a 7 year old child and they gave us a room that was right on top of a night club! room 2104, if you get this room expect to have no sleep at all, we had our very own nightclub in our room! How inconsiderate of the hotel reception staff to allocate a room like this to a family with a young child.||||The towels! Take your own! there are no bath towels, just small hand towels!||||The bed sheets/pillows we're not changed once in 9 days! The rooms are very dated, full of ants.||||The Breakfast is a joke, its not breakfast!, its stale croissants, plain egg omelet or a pancake, everyday! nothing else.||||Green algae stained pools...||||I'm not a snobby person, I'm not one for material things, and I know standards are not like the UK, 100% I get this, but this hotel needs a complete refurbishment or closing down!, A staffing review needs to take place, why are there no security checks on staff before allowing them to leave the premises like other hotels do!?||||I will be writing to Love Holidays and booking.com to have this hotel removed as the standards are just horrendous.||||I love Morocco! I have travelled there many times and will continue to do so, but will never stay at this hotel again. Please Please Please don't waste your money on this place, it...
