From the moment I arrived, the experience was disappointing. First, there was a strong sewage smell in the stairway, which was very unpleasant. Then, when I got to the room, it was poorly ventilated and smelled awful.

To make things more uncomfortable, I found only one towel in the bathroom and it was wet. When I asked for a dry one, I was told, “It’s normal, it was just freshly washed.” That is not an acceptable excuse. Offering a wet towel, even if it’s clean, is not professional. Obviously, it should be washed and dry. When I insisted, the receptionist told me to go find the cleaning lady myself, which is shocking. It's not the guest’s job to chase after staff for basic necessities. Only after I pushed again did they finally agree to bring me a new towel.

Later in the evening, the situation got even worse!!!! The room was full of cockroaches, especially coming from the bathroom. When I went to the reception to complain, the receptionist reacted as if it was “just cockroaches,” not taking the issue seriously at all. He told me they couldn’t change my room and made NOOO effort to solve the problem.

Only after I insisted heavily did he ask someone to check the room to “verify” that there were cockroaches, as if I was making it up. That attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Disrespectful staff, terrible hygiene, zero sense of responsibility.

And all this for 500 MAD per night. Honestly, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No hygiene, no professionalism, and no willingness to improve. A complete disaster. Avoid it...

Mehid and Malak were so nice with us the entire trip! They do an amazing job. but Selma was so arrogant, i asked for one more towel she told me she would bring us to our room, 2 hours waiting for the towel and nothing. And also i asked for a taxi at 10am to go to the airport, she couldn’t even tell me how many minutes the taxi would take, i waited almost 1 hour for the taxi and he wasn’t even a taxi, he didn’t want take us to the airport, he almost left us 10 min away by foot from airport and it was raining. Selma and other guy were so horrible with us while we’re stayed at the hotel. She didn’t let us pay with card even though we can't withdraw money from the ATM machine. But Malak and Mehid were so nice with us. After 2 hours waiting for the towel, i went to the reception and Mehid was there i asked him for a towel and toilet paper, he gave me all i asked 1 second later. Malak went with us help with ATM machine and Selma was complain to Malak and even when Malak said we could pay with card bcs we couldn’t take money from machine. So i give 5 stars to everything in the hotel and the 2 workers there...

I stayed for 3 nights in may'24. Incredible room, elevator, room service and reception. I mean incredible bad. No towel, no room phone, no tv channel. But the sheets was clean. I m sure they got better rooms but maybe i stayed worst one. Anyway i beleive that the mind is same for all rooms. Location is not bad. 30 mt.s. to the main road and there are many taxies. 10-15 min to the train station. A good sandwich rest. close to hotel. M or L 20 mt.s. (not the cafe. Left side of it). I forgot the name of it but the first letter was "M" of the restaurant. Very small one but open until 1 o clock in the night and cheap. They sell doner kebap and some others. When you reach the main road, if u turn left and keep walk 70-80 mt.s, , there is a big supermarket at the right underground and if you keep walk 100 mt. more near from the supermarket escelator, there is a good cafe and sea view. So loc. is average but other...

DO NOT RECOMMEND! One star only for the location, it's very central but on a very busy road close to a school why it is realy loud. I will not say much, the pictures and videos will do the work. The hotel is in awful condition we were welcomed by construction tool, which could lead to someone falling over them. When entering the hotel room you could clearly say IT IS NOT CLEAN at all! When mentioning this to the staff we were upgrated to a "bigger room" which still was in really bad condition including zigarett ashes from the construction workers. I would be ashamed to offer a room in this condition. It was disgusting! When we asked for a kettle they didn't have any and and we were offered paper cups when asked for glasses. Very very poor performance. Do not recommend!!

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The reception staff barely spoke English, and I had to ask for basic necessities like toilet paper and towels. They kept changing my room due to ongoing renovations, which made the hotel noisy even at night. The hallways had a strange smell, and doors were constantly slamming. In one of the rooms I was moved to, the sink and shower caused a pipe to leak whenever I used them. When I reported the issue to the reception, their response was, “But you get a bigger bed! What’s the problem?” The problem, of course, was that I didn’t want to flood the hotel just by washing my hands. It wasn’t until I showed them a video of the water leak that they understood the issue.
