Service: The service is horrible, so bad that this alone should be a reason to not book this location! Firstly none of the people working there speaks English, not even a little bit. They do not accept card, or take online payment. You need to pay with cash, and this was no easy task. We tried to pay the 1015dh it cost us with five 200dh and one 100dh. This the host would not accept, as they had no change. In the end she took our money and left. We had to wait for about 30 min before she returned with change. To most people it is obvious that we should get 85dh back, but she gave us 70, and did not understand her mistake, even after we continuesly tried to tell her and show with our calculator. In addition they only do breakfast from 9, whitch is way to late if you are planning on going for any type of day trips. The day we left we asked to get our breakfast at 8:45 so that we could catch our train. This they absolutely could not do, but when we came downstairs we saw someone else eating at 8:30...

Room: Overall the room was good, it has aircondition, and is not too small. The issues with the room is the bathroom, the shower drain was so clogged that the water filled the entire bathroom floor 5cm deep after only a 10 min shower, the water eventually drained after an hour.

The riad is near the parking and in the medina. However, it was very difficult to locate.

When we arrived nobody was there although they knew we were coming and we had sent them our arrival time. We waited for 15 minutes so that somebody would open the door for us. In one room a small window was missing and there were moths flying around. Additionally, we saw a cockroach in a cupboard. In the other room the balcony door lock was broken and could not be closed. When we asked the staff about it, they just told us to put a chair in front of the door. Both rooms did not seem clean. In addition, the staff was rather unfriendly and nobody was at the riad while we were there. Since we did not feel comfortable and safe, we decided to change our accommodation.

Even for this price, you should have no expectations for this booking. I would not recommend this...

The location is perfect; however, it has some improvements to add. I stayed in December there and it was freezing inside the room because the heater didn’t work and it was on for several days. So imagine how cool I was during my time there. There was not a balcony as described for the room booked but a hall part of the staircase that leads to the different rooms. During the check in, I got silence and I felt not too welcomed. This changed a bit when I was attended by another collaborator of the place. Another thing to mention is that in the bathroom the pad to dry your feet after showering went so gross because it got filled with water. In my room, there was not enough toilet paper and it was needed to request one. I think that adjusting a couple of this this place could do better because the location...
