J’ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement pratique près de Bab El Had, mais malheureusement, l’expérience a été très loin des attentes. Le niveau de propreté est franchement médiocre : draps douteux, salle de bain pas bien nettoyée, et odeurs désagréables dans la chambre. Le bruit est constant, entre les enfants qui courent dans les couloirs et l'absence totale d’insonorisation. Impossible de se reposer, même la nuit. L'eau chaude fonctionne mal, les serviettes sont usées, et le mobilier semble vieux et mal entretenu. Le personnel est présent, mais peu réactif. Honnêtement, pour le prix payé, on s’attend à un minimum de confort et de propreté. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, surtout pour les personnes à la recherche de calme, d’hygiène et de repos.

La chambre était minimaliste avec un prix raisonnable et abordable... Avec les températures élevées en été, j'ai pas pu réservé à cause du manque de climatisation. Seulement l'emplacement ferait de cet hôtel un hub donnant accès même à pieds à certains lieux touristiques de Rabat. Not being expensive is the only positive thing about this hotel. One of our beds was broken. The TV wasn't functioning. The shower head was broken. No elevators (we were at the 4th floor) and when asked for help with our luggages, we were told that they were not offering this service! Let's just say that we will not...

Nothing to like about this hostel Dirty Unhygienic Brokeen beds Broken toilets and showers Broken walls Noise at night No towels Super rude staff Basically it was a great mistake staying here. Unless you have to sleep in the street you have to ignore...
