We have booked a stay in this Hotel for a stay from November, 23rd-28th in 2024. Due to a missed connecting flight we have arrived with a delay of one day. As soon as we have known it we have sent a Mail to the Hotel and an additional one to the Barriere Hotel Group.

To avoid problems I have asked the Hotel and also Barriere Hotel Group to send me a confirmation that all will be fine with our late arrival.

But none of these two Parties has answered my Mail.

So we have arrived early afternoon next day in the Hotel. The missed night was not charged and we got our room in the second floor with view at the Swimming Pool. We have used the very old Elevator with integrated telephone which was looking like out of a Museum.

Also in the room we have found a telephone looking old fashioned. More important was that it was impossible to see which phone number we need to dial if we want to get connected with the Reception.

Late evening I have called the Concierge but nobody has picked up the call.

When leaving the Hotel mostly we haven't seen that somebody was standing behind the desk.

At the Nespresso machine in our room we have found 3 Capsulas with coffee from the House. If we want more we need to order.

One Capsula will be charged with 3 €.

4 Teabags we have found in the room. It was not refilled.

On the second day we also got some amenities for the BATHROOM.

Our room has had a Bathtub which we have enjoyed. The room was spacious. The bed mattress was very hard.

The room and the Hotel was very clean.

Our room has had a Balcony.

In the early morning we could listen to the MUEZZIN calling for the prayers although the windows were closed.

The Breakfast we have taken inside the Hotel in the good looking Restaurant LE FOUQUET'S. The walls are decorated with Black and white pictures of famous guests.

The Breakfast has not the Standard of a 5 Star Hotel.

Other Hotels in the City of MARRAKECH are offering it better.

The Service was okay. But in general we have seen plenty of the staff who have not greated us or other guests.

The day of our Departure we have asked the female Receptionist about the City Tax. She has had problems with understanding and speaking English. This should not happen at the Reception of a 5 Star Hotel. Our luggage was picked up right in time from the room to bring it down.

No other guests were leaving at Lunch-time.

The Taxi was waiting for us in front of the entrance but it took longer than 5 minutes to bring the luggage to the Taxi...

Finally we can say that plenty of things can be done better to fulfill the Standard of a...

This is a great hotel which is very well located a short walk from the main square and souks, whilst feeling like a resort.||A week before our stay I was called by the hotel asking about special requests, a first for me after about 1000 hotel stays over my career.||Check in experience outstanding: we arrived 40 minutes early and were shown to a sofa where staff competed formalities whilst we were given cold water. We were then told the room wouldn't be available until the advertised 3pm and they provided Moroccan tea and some pastries. At 2.40 the same staff member came with the keys to say the room was ready, took us to it and showed us round. ||Room 24 was lovely, with twin beds, separate bath and shower and a good area for luggage. The space was well used. Room was soundproof and had a wonderful fragrance. It had a terrace from which, with a bit of a squeeze past some scratchy plants, you could access the pool area directly. There was a quick turndown service in the evening, which would have been improved by offering to replace the towels.||Pool and surrounds were exceptional. Pool was large and of variable depth, lots of sunbeds which were very comfortable and a large number of large sun shades meant you could choose a sunbed in the shade - as almost everyone did - or the sun. We made extensive use of the area. Staff were only present intermittently in the area and noone ever checked if we needed anything or offered us a drink, which we would happily have bought. ||Breakfast was very good with a wide choice, fresh juice and good coffee in a relaxing environment with excellent service.||Poolside restaurant was lovely with excellent food. Hotel bar also very pleasant with live music.||This was an almost perfect stay for us and we would love to return. This hotel is highly...

During my recent stay at Le Naoura Hotel in Marrakech, I was astounded by the exceptional service provided by the reception staff. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, their warm welcome and eagerness to assist made a lasting impression. The level of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the reception team truly enhanced my overall experience.

The staff at the reception desk were not only accommodating but also extremely knowledgeable about the local attractions, offering valuable recommendations that greatly enriched my stay. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction was commendable. Whether it was handling inquiries, arranging transportation, or providing guidance, they consistently delivered top-notch service with a smile.

Moreover, I must highlight the remarkable dedication and professionalism exhibited by the security team at Le Naoura Hotel. Their attentiveness and readiness to assist guests contributed significantly to the feeling of safety and tranquility throughout the premises. Not only were they approachable and kind, but their vigilance also reassured guests, exemplifying their commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

The combined efforts of the reception staff and the security team truly set a standard of excellence in hospitality. Their unwavering dedication to providing outstanding service reflects the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.

Overall, Le Naoura Hotel in Marrakech stands out not only for its luxurious accommodations but also for its exceptional staff members who embody professionalism, kindness, and a genuine dedication to ensuring a memorable and secure stay for...

I am extremely disappointed in this hotel, we paid over $800 a night for a four bedroom raid for four nights. The raid was dirty and three of the bedrooms smelled moldy and like sewage. The air conditioning system broke three of the nights we stayed there and we had to call and sometimes go to the front desk because no one would answer. To make matters even worst we found a cockroach in our living room. We ordered room service the first night we arrived and after calling twice and servers coming to our room to take the order they still didn't get it right. We put all the dishes together so house keeping could collect them because there was no dishwashing liquid and they sat on the counter for two days after reporting it the next day. I also showed the front desk these photo and they were not sympathetic at all and they didn't even offer us a new raid given all the challenges we were having with the raid. I usually never write review but I felt it was important for others looking for a big enough space for your trip. For this amount of money go to NOBU.
