Morocco Desert Tourism — Local services in Marrakesh Prefecture

We went to desert trip, ending in Fez. We did not really want to stay in a tent so we received an extra offer for 130 euro per person (instead of 100) for the 'luxury tent'. The pictures looked really good so we paid and went for this 3 day trip. On the first day the guide stole money from us asking for 40 dirham per person plus service. This fee was illigal as we found out later. But the worst things happened at the desert. Everybody was accomodated to terrible tents (the other just paid less). I asked for the towel, the guy refused saying the water is too cold anyway to take a shower so I will not get any. There was barely running water, dirty something I would not call a bathroom and no beddings, just used blankets. There was almost no food (like 2 pieces of chicken for 7 people).
