RIAD DAR TALAH — Hotel in Marrakesh Prefecture

We had the most amazing week at Riad Dar Talah!!

The Riad is just as beautiful as the pictures with a welcoming entrance, spacious rooms and a lovely rooftop area for relaxing at the warmer times of the day. There is also the lovely main living area where they serve an amazing breakfast every morning which really sets you up for a day walking around the city.

The location is also fantastic as it’s right in the heart of the medina, surrounded by some more local markets, as well as being walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa, as well as the new town.

As for the hospitality, we have never been made to feel more welcome on a trip before. It’s more like staying with friends than at a hotel! Special shout-out to Raihana and Zakaria who were unbelievably helpful and welcoming, they made the trip so much nicer.

We stayed at Riad Dar Talah for a week, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! If you’re looking for a paradisiacal oasis with a homely atmosphere, Raihana and Fatima are the perfect hosts. The interior is beautifully and tastefully designed, with clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, diverse, and offers a new surprise every morning!

The team was always available to help us with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a day trip or booking an airport transfer. We highly recommend using the Riad’s transfer service, as taxis are more expensive and won’t drop you off directly at the Riad.

The riad is the best one in its price range (we’ve stayed at two other ones). The whole style and design of the riad is very modern but still with traditional aspects and the eye of detail is amazing. The quality of the rooms was also very high. But most of all the staff was sublime. The staff, especially riahana, run the place with such dedication and helpfulness, which makes the riad really stand out. Every meal is home made, every request that you have is taken care of and every question answered. This riad far exceeds what you have to pay for it. We far enjoyed this riad the best.
