So much potential, but after spending 3 nights here trust me, stay away! It looks great in the pictures but once you get there you realize this was a mistake. We spent 16 days in Morocco and stayed in 4 other reasonably priced Riads, this is NOT a Riad, it is an old house that needs tons of work and proper services 1) The beds in all 3 rooms are terrible, worse beds I've ever slept on at a place of this price; 2) The place stinks, there is sewage smell all around coming from the drains; 3) Tons of noise at night from the outside, zero insulation, dogs barking all night, people banging on doors in the neighbourhood, motorcycles in the alley, it is not a nice area in the medina 4) Internet is useless

Stayed here with my family for four nights and it was beautiful. Exactly as described and made for the perfect holiday home.

Ayoub and Karima were so helpful and responsive throughout our stay, arranging transport and making lovely breakfasts of yoghurts, eggs and Moroccan morning goods. Thank you both.

The house is traditional style, and in the heart of the medina so there can be some noise in the evening. We have visited Rabat and Marrakech before so expected this and brought ear plugs and we all slept well.

It’s a great location for exploring on foot, and felt very safe.

The Wi-Fi works well! Everything was really clean, nice linens etc and the showers were wonderful. We would stay again next...

Every other Riad we stayed in was welcoming, reasonably quiet, clean, charming, comfortable without being luxurious - there are much better options at this price! Don't be fooled by the nice pictures on the add.
