Room perfect size ,decorations , lay out, facilities cleanliness , except some rooms need natural light Services : voluntary/ requested offered with exceptional help from receptionist , attendants including the boss Youssef anytime/ anywhere / any topic to give us amazing memories/ fun Location: walkable distance to all main tourist attractions and the hotel is actually in the middle of main Street market . Thanks Youssef and staff ! We all remember the meaning of the popular Vietnamese song lyric that we sung twice, one was at your roof top terrace and at other restaurant roof top terrace . We are sure you remember the funny silly lyric too ha ha ha We will remember the tea pots sets that you helped us to get them on Friday night. We call you “ Knight of Fez” Love you …. Love Marocco …. Group of one King and four Queens

What a Riad within the Medina! I never thought to find such a wonderful place there, with the entrance right next to the street shop where they sell pijamas. But this Riad where they offer a nice breakfast, benefits from their employees which offer an unbelievable service! The young guy at the reception made us a "breakfast-to-go" bag because we had to leave early to the main station. That shows me that we had not just the nicest Riad in town but also the one with the best services. The room itself was very clean.

Amazing experience. If you are in Fez please come here to relax and see this gorgeous gem of a Riad. It's phenomenal. The staff are super sweet and generous. Mohammed-the receptionist, Mohammeds-the staffs, helped us with a smile at every moment. They were super mindful of all of our needs. Thank you!!! The best hotel (Riad) I have been to. The best people. They made me want to return to their hotel if we come here next time.

We looked in here as it looked promising for next time in Fes, and it seemed to be a lovely building in nice location. The sign on the door said "ouvert" but reception was dark and unstaffed, we wandered in thinking we might ask to look at a room for next time. Eventually a casually dressed young man welcomed us,.and invited us to have a drink in the lovely courtyard. My husband asked for fresh orange juice, (everywhere else we had been in fes a small boy would be sent out for something if it wasn't in the kitchen) but we were told only carton available. We waited so long I am sure he had to send out even for this. There were no other guests, at 4.30 pm, but lots of kitchen staff having their break and cigarettes with very noisy teenagers at a table near us. The Orange juice and a coke cost an outrageous 50 Dm, the man then kept us waiting as he said he could not change 100. The toilets were locked, and when I asked he told me there were no toilets for public use. I felt we had entered some kind of twilight zone which operated solely for the benefit of the (plentiful) staff where guests were an inconvenience. Fortunately for the traveller, there are masses of other gorgeous buildings in fes, and some have great service at reasonable prices. ||Finally I have just looked at their website and they seem to be saying there is a beach nearby; well, sure there is the Sahara, but not many people regard that as a...

We stopped here for two days as part of a tour on on the go tours. Overall - I would not come back here. Feedback below-hope this helps other travelers : Don’t give them your laundry to do. They charge for the piece of clothing, not pound- although that was not mentioned before hand. We paid 918 DH (91 USD) for a bag of socks, underwear, two towels, and linen pants/plain T-shirts. Nothing was ironed or pressed either, so it came back wrinkled. Location was ok. You are in the middle of a souk. But there’s no real food walking distance. So you do better ordering like others do or going to Carrefour. My mom had the massage- said it was fantastic. The rooms were dirty. The sheets were dirty, the floors dirty and grimy. There is no housekeeping everyday. Breakfast was okay. Buffet but not hot, just plates of food out for the taking. The interior design...
