We looked in here as it looked promising for next time in Fes, and it seemed to be a lovely building in nice location. The sign on the door said "ouvert" but reception was dark and unstaffed, we wandered in thinking we might ask to look at a room for next time. Eventually a casually dressed young man welcomed us,.and invited us to have a drink in the lovely courtyard. My husband asked for fresh orange juice, (everywhere else we had been in fes a small boy would be sent out for something if it wasn't in the kitchen) but we were told only carton available. We waited so long I am sure he had to send out even for this. There were no other guests, at 4.30 pm, but lots of kitchen staff having their break and cigarettes with very noisy teenagers at a table near us. The Orange juice and a coke cost an outrageous 50 Dm, the man then kept us waiting as he said he could not change 100. Read moreWe stopped here for two days as part of a tour on on the go tours. Overall - I would not come back here. Feedback below-hope this helps other travelers : Don’t give them your laundry to do. They charge for the piece of clothing, not pound- although that was not mentioned before hand. We paid 918 DH (91 USD) for a bag of socks, underwear, two towels, and linen pants/plain T-shirts. Nothing was ironed or pressed either, so it came back wrinkled. Location was ok. You are in the middle of a souk. But there’s no real food walking distance. So you do better ordering like others do or going to Carrefour. My mom had the massage- said it was fantastic. The rooms were dirty. The sheets were dirty, the floors dirty and grimy. There is no housekeeping everyday. Breakfast was okay. Buffet but not hot, just plates of food out for the taking. The interior design...
