Restaurant Café rim — Restaurant in Mechouar Fes Jdid

I discovered this hidden 'gem' on my recent trip, and although it's outside the Medina, it was my fav place to visit! It's a seafood based restaurant, but my fav dish here and a must try is the 'pasticcio' which I've never tried but first discovered in Morocco. Imagine layers of fries assembled like a lasagna, with the addition of chicken in this case, smothered in a bechamel sauce and topped with cheese (I added the additional sauce and olives). Today we had lunch at Restaurant Café Trim because of all the good reviews. It is a very nice cafe, especially at the rooftop. My partner had a good Kefte tajine, however I had a quite disappointing chicken tajine. It was a piece of chicken with french fries on top, not how a (Moroccan) tajine is supposed to be… the chicken tasted good, wasn’t cooked the way it was supposed to be and looked like a children menu. guys it’s ready restuarant because we had a lost things very beautiful and very fastly to be making the food and the waiter oualid so gentle man he smile at face and also that there was so amazing. The food was very delicious and we come with 24 person. We’re staying in the terrace and the restaurant is nearby. Royal Palace and Blue Gate.
