Came here on a couple of occasions during a stay in Fes. It has a nice terrace with a pleasant view of Jnan Sbil. The food is gastro-pub fare with a Spanish influence. Pretty tasty and quite markedly different from the ubiquitous local cuisine. A little on the try-hard end of the spectrum, but amongst the tastiest we had in Fes.
Two caveats: Prices are significantly higher than elsewhere. 3 course meal for 2 with soft drinks (they do also serve alcohol) will cost around 500 dirhams compared to about half that in many other places.

It was fine and normal tourist prices which is quite expensive so you'd hope for great food at least. I think Moroccans know how to cook XD Our group had a fun time because we enjoy our company and many drinks but actually maybe it wasn't the best option given...
