A well located spot, very close to the town center and beach promenade. Very easy and responsive booking. Rooms are nicely tucked away in the back (the best beds and linen I've had in a long time!) with some parking space available for guests with vehicles. A bonus: cutlery is provided for food and drink to be consumed in the rooms. The adjacent cafe/restaurant is very convenient, well stocked and provides both indoor and inner courtyard sitting. This accommodation has a good location and is good value for money, if rather basic and lacking charm. But the woman who runs it was so grumpy to the point of being unpleasant. She charged us slightly more than the Booking .com site set out and when we queried this, when she was unable to explain clearly why this was and became short and grumpy with us. Such excellent service. Don't be put off by the initial view ( I say this as the 1st impression could be deceiving) the rooms are behind the best healthy small restuarant in town. Perfect cappuccinos. Exemplory, professional friendly service from everyone. We were upgraded to a larger self catering spacious, comfortable and quiet room with kitchenette.
