Napolitana — Restaurant in Erongo Region

Went for a meal, we ordered food around 7:15pm. Only got our food more than an hour later. The curry I ordered was a stew,not a curry.

The waitress was rude, and swore under her breath at us that we had to call her out on it.

Some in our group left as their food orders were not even out after an hour. Someone ordered a pennepasta meal, they didn't even tell her that they were out and just brought a spaghetti meal. Only when she enquired,was she told that they were out of penne.

I normally tip more than the 10%, but I refuse to tip for really bad service with a waitress that keeps rolling...

If I'm not mistaken, the venue either moved or underwent a face lift. The bright Italian colors is no longer on the windows, with a tiny sign to give you an indication where it is located. We waited 20 mins for our pizzas, which is not bad. Service was friendly. The pizzas was not bad either, didn't overstay its welcome,but lacked flavor which you expect. The pizza 🍕 base is definitely not made by them, I personally think it's bad, the crust is not good. It's not bad, but I've had better. Parking is sufficient. Not wheelchair accessible, as you have to go up...

Going from my own experience, this restaurant was fantastic. Our guide had told them I was Vegan and I was all ready to order a pizza without cheese or a pasta dish... But the chef went above and beyond and created a tasting platter of all different things for me and it was delicious!! I think out of our group, for a change, I had the best meal! It was a busy place and seems very popular. The food portions were very large and the atmosphere was great. We did have to wait for quite a while but that was probably because of my food. Staff were very friendly...
