Hotel Airport Deepshree — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

Worst customer service!! They don’t have any idea on how to deal with customers. Their staffs do not communicate with each other, and everytime you meet their new staff in the front desk, you have to explain everything again because the staffs do not communicate with each others!! The staffs share misinformation and they blame the customer for their staffs fault. When we booked the room, they assured us saying they will pick up the guest from the airport but right before our flight landed, they called us saying the driver is sick and cannot pickup the guest. They lied and shared misinformation on everything.Also the bathrooms were not clean. Will never be back...

Room Service,room,food was good so I thought I'll give a 5 star,but they betrayed me as they mention that they gonna provide pick up and drop off service which didn't apply on me.i notify them that my flight is at 11pm and has to check-in 2hrs early but they didn't care(Such a poor costumer service) So I have to book a cab.because of them I was about to miss my flight..I would not recommend this hotel, really very...

The bedsheets, pillow cover and blanket cover was very worst, it wasn’t changed since the last guest checked out. You can see there are lots of small hairs on sheets and pillow.
