Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience – Never Again!
I had the worst experience ever at this hotel. I booked a room that was supposedly priced at NPR 3,000 per night, with a "discounted" rate of NPR 2,200. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was a complete scam. The room was in no way worth even NPR 1,500, let alone the claimed price. It lacked basic amenities and looked nothing worth of NPR 1,500/-
To make things worse, within two hours of checking in, I discovered bed bugs in the room – an absolutely disgusting and unacceptable issue. I immediately informed the reception, and they agreed to change the room. However, at around 10:00 PM, they moved us to another room that was even worse. It was extremely congested, with no water glasses, no cupboard to hang clothes, and overall, very poorly maintained.
When I complained the next morning, the receptionist casually told me, “Your room was discounted, so we placed you there.” Honestly, I was shocked by the attitude and lack of basic customer service.
There are far better and more luxurious hotels available in this price range. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else that respects its guests and provides at least clean and livable...

Before booking, I had selected a specific room at a fixed price based on the photos and videos shown online. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to be shown a completely different room — one that was much lower in quality and far from what was promised. Even more frustrating, instead of offering a proper explanation or solution, they began refunding the advance payment, knowing that I had no alternative accommodation at the last minute. With no real choice left, I had to stay in the inferior room. At checkout, I calmly tried to share my feedback and explain how misleading the booking experience had been. The staff at the reception, especially the person on duty in the morning, was extremely rude and dismissive. They claimed they gave me a “₹3500 room,” but I can confidently say I’ve seen much better options in the ₹1500–₹2000 range. Read moreThe hotel is mediocre, but the staff is quite unprofessional. When we checked in, the receptionist tried to upsell us to a larger room at a higher price than what we found online. After we declined, he promised to include a full breakfast in the rate. We mentioned that some of us might order extra dishes, and he agreed. However, upon checkout, he denied this agreement and charged us for everything.
Additionally, in a room for four, they only provide one bottle of water per day, charging 60 rupees for it, while the same bottle costs 20 rupees outside the hotel. We weren’t informed that every bottle would incur a charge.
As for the food, it’s overpriced and unappetizing. For 500 rupees, we received a single small bowl of matar paneer, which is only enough for one person.
