We organized a wedding here in first week of May. Most of their backside rooms had a damp smell, we had to spend a full cartoon of room fresheners. ||Every small and big space at the hotel was charged separately, Even after having the details for what event was gonna happen where and when, they deliberately locked the hall prior event saying no bodys been told what's happening where.,there was no coordination among the staff members. ||Parking space was rented for Varmala event, where they'd places garbage trucks on the day of the event. ||No standby plumber, electrician to handle basic maintenance on site., with 2 rooms clogged with water, many flush not working.||Most amazing was their manager , Mr. Navraj , who is full of promises prior event and zero deliveries. Actually he did put in a lot of effort getting the rooms in condition for us, not sure he tried his best. Very sad and unsatisfactory experience. ||Lastly, remembering my drivers face, their all 6-Non Ac rooms and even the corridor full of mosquitoes🦟. ||It's a huge and beautiful property. But not maintained. Advise you to get things all in written and stamped in official letter head prior if planing any event here, regarding hospitality, rooms, standby technicians,...

Minister Ale attacked BATAS for its cunningness on getting right tender to win bids to get business opportunity using government property. Ananda Pashupati is a building build with the help of neighboring country I dia handed over to Nepal Government to help pilgirms who visit Nepal to have a good and clean space to stay, close to Pashupatinath.
BATAS has kept the place clean and beautiful. Provides good vegetarian food. I have stayed in the hotel but have had lunch here. They have different options of thali ranging from Rs 450-800/plate. Overall caters to be a nice place for Indian visitors. I think BATAS has kept the place neat and clean while obviosuly making some profit, providing jobs to people. Despite initial assurances from reception staff, particularly a staff called Prakash, regarding late-night food availability and agreed-upon airport pick-up service, both promises fell through upon my arrival. The sudden price hike for the pick-up service was unjustified, and the room amenities were minimal, with no internal telephone and poor maintenance. However, the morning staff member I encountered was more helpful, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory.
