On the name of professionalism the all hotel staff, specially the front office staff and the owner of the hotel is zero. After paying the payment in advance of room they will make you to bag for services or for a proper food. We have booked our trip from 120 route (Hello Travel from Darjeeling) which was world's worst company. After paying the advance to the travel agent the hotel and the travel agent both will make you cry for basic services of basic food which is already paid you. For food they will make you eat whatever they want , not what you wanted to order. The hotel owner is too pathetic that he only seats at the reception desk drunk and abuse...
