I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel White Rabbit, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service quality that this establishment provides.

The staff at Hotel White Rabbit were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. Whether it was assisting with luggage, providing helpful local recommendations, or promptly attending to any requests, their professionalism and courtesy were consistently outstanding.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. To start with, I found bed bugs in my room, as you can see from the attached picture. It’s absolutely unacceptable to have this kind of issue, especially when you’re paying for what’s supposed to be a comfortable stay.

On top of that, the food was ridiculously expensive and lacked any flavor. For the price they charge, you’d expect something delicious, but that was far from the case. It felt like a total rip-off.

However, I do have to mention that the waitstaff were incredibly friendly. They were the only redeeming part of my stay, always polite and ready to help, but unfortunately, their hospitality couldn’t make up for the other serious issues.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these problems...

Too pricey, Scammers on board. I was taken there by a taxi guy and it’s certain that the taxi driver and the hotel person has a connection. The receptionist would ask you things to know you better and tell you the price accordingly. I was charges Rs 6500 per night there. Which is too much for a Nepal’s hotel. Charged me as 4 star hotel. The hotel was no where near to 2 star. Food was bad poor as well, Bhatta Kasto daraleko!!!! , ugly momos. Only good about my meal was beers which were not made by them. Scammers on board.
