I stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised because the standard of hotel rooms is low in Kathmandu. Mandala is a relatively new hotel on the main road in Lazimpat so the best rooms are at the back of the building. We went with a group of 10 scholars for a conference, the reservation desk has been super helpful in booking our rooms. they have been super polite and professional accomodating us. Rooms are big, clean, with clean bathroom, AC. The location is really excellent , 10 minutes away from Thamel. Owner is really nice, and his team is super . ..last but not least: prices are very reasonable! a worth place to go to visit/work...
