OYO 737 Hotel New Sea Paradise — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

This is the worst place to stay. There was a lady at the reception when i checked in. She showed me the room. I said i needed to stay longer than the usual check out time, so she said to pay 50% of the room price. It was ok. I paid it upfront. Then the next day when I was checking out, she was not there at the reception. Instead, there were 2 other boys who stopped me. I told them I had paid the lady that was at the reception the day before. They asked me her name and said there's no lady working here. I was puzzled. They checked their records and yeah, there was no entry of my payment. Thank god, I had paid online. I showed them the receipt, which wasn't enough for them, so they began rummaging through their receipts. And finally after 15-20 mins of time, they found it and they literally said "pachas rupey ajhai dinu" --"give us 50 rupees more"

After all the time they wasted, they weren't even polite enough to say sorry that they made me wait, instead they were demanding 50 rupees more. 50 rs is not a big deal, but I was told the price the day before and on top of that, with that attitude they asked me for more money!! Who in the world treats their guests like that?

bakwas hotel,non hygenic food,not good behaviour with customer,hotel service was fully frustrated to me....i never give suggestion anyone to go this hotel and lodge...this lodge was like a ghost house/haunted house.....and if you want to go this lodge then your health...
