Soiled bedding was too disgusting and staff said bedding was OK because it was covered. So many years of sweat, saliva and other bodily fluids all over and embedded in pillows and duvet. I got bites from all this. Unacceptable. Did not use pillows so was very uncomfortable for my 4 night stay. Big hole in the sheet. Filthy rugs on the floor. Towels were crispy, crunchy over worn. I did not use them. Litter under my bed, and an old water bottle. No seat on balcony. Staff said every room had a stool. When he checked he saw I really did not have one and brought me a stool. Cooking smells so strong from staff kitchen entered my room multiple times daily and smell stayed in room for a long time Problems opening window frequently due to music from bar and motorbike sounds. Lamp was a fire hazard as they never removed the plastic wrapper. Room was never cleaned. I had to ask to get my bin cleared. I was here 4 nights and got bin cleared twice. Upstairs sitting room furniture was dragged around and people dropping things on the hard floor. Made such a noise afternoon's and evening times particularly. The sitting room was above my room 203. Room had a brilliant view and always had hot water, however the price charged for a room without air-conditioning and without a fridge was too high for nepal. Can get a room with similar views for 700 to 1000 less all around the lakeside areas. And, bring your own toilet paper. As rooms were not made daily, one has to ask for paper frequently. The toilet paper hotel buys is garbage. It sticks to everything it touches. Leaves bits of paper in private areas. I bought my own paper which was not expensive and was comfortable

genuinely loved my experience in this hostel. i stayed here for over three weeks, both in the shared and a private room, and would recommend both! the rooms are very clean and the beds very spacious, and the private room has a beautiful balcony with a lake view. the price is super fair too, and the staff is wonderful - ashok did an amazing job assisting me and a friend i made at the hostel when our flights got cancelled due to the weather, calling the airline to get information and making sure we get refunds and the next possible flight! overall, i felt incredibly safe and comfortable and can’t wait to come back the next time im in pokhara.

I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights at the beginning of December, the place is located in a really nice spot next to the lake, but not where all the bars and pubs are, so still pretty peaceful, it has a beautiful terrace on the 3rd floor where I spent most of the time I was at the hostel, perfect place to enjoy breakfast and coffee every morning which were also really good and at a great price. The place is not far from all the other cafes and restaurants that are along the border of the lake. The place is really clean as well, they keep the toilets and the common areas always impeccable, the showers were excellent, hot and at a good pressure, there's always toilet paper in every toilet as well. There are also a bunch of activities that the guys can organize for you, like trekking, paragliding, rafting, etc. They can help you also with the booking of flights and bus tickets so it gets really easy to plan all your activities. I had a great stay at this place. The guys that run the hotel really care about you having a good experience, they are really helpful and present when you need them. I left my credit card laying on the terrace the night before my flight to Katmandu and when I got there I realized I didn't have it, I contacted them and they found it, it was sent to me on a plane the next day, they saved me! Very accountable people! So overall I have a really good experience in this hostel, I can totally...

The 4-bed mixed dorm has a lake view and a pretty little balcony. The dorm beds have curtains, fans and sockets. Beds are comfy and rooms and toilets are clean.

The private rooms with AC and lake view are amazing with a bit of a rustic Himalayan vibe. They also have their own balcony. Only downside is that you usually have to book them several days in advance because they are so popular.

There is always hot water in the showers.

Hotel has a nice common room in the third floor with hammock and couches and with a wonderful view to the lake.

There is also a kitchen for guests to use. Pretty nice for making noodles for a snack or even preparing a bigger meal.

The hotel does not have a restaurant.

The staff is very helpful and will basically arrange you anything you will need in Pokhara. You can also leave your additional belongings here if you plan to go for a hike.

This is more peaceful hostel compared to Kiwi and Pokhara Backpackers for example, so don't expect as social or party experience. Most of the partying happens in southern lakeside, and this hotel is in the...
