Hotel Mantra Inn — Hotel in Pokhara

This is the worst hotel I have booked for..me and my family went for a vacation to Nepal with a travelling agency.When we headed to ookra,we went to reside in this hotel and the tour compamy even pre booked it a month before our tour started.When we reached the hotel they said they will only be able to provide 6 rooms and asked us to find our rooms in other hotels by ourselves and it was 11pm.they did not even think of where will we go?thwre were some people with babies of 3 years or 2years and of of them shouted for the miss behavior.observing this One of the bell boys started shooting a video laughing at us and when we asked him to delete it he wven misbehaved.The manager even didn't do anything but laughed.Wgen This chaos was occuring another group of tourist who went with anaother tourism company said the hotel did the same thing with them also;they actuqlly plan these things out.1st they'll confirm your booking,then when you reach the hotel they'll tell you that the people staying on those rooms didn't leave it(when the actual thing is they took extra money from the people who stayed).They have no manners,no ethics,nothing.Is this how you give a hotel a good remarks?who knows if they give the reviews by themselves to achive tourists just to misbehave with them.Thie hotel is not recomendable at all.the 1star I gave is...

I was in a trip with my friends in Pokhara, and we Found out one of the best Hotels in Pokhara.|So firstly the staff were so friendly and welcomly , the Hotels was clean,huge and very colourful.|The room was clean and full of assortsments and the toilet was well cleaned and Well prepared.|The food was delicious and big portions with cold drinks obviously.|Staff was always smiling and very helpful.|I will remember this hotel as one of the best trip I did in Nepal.|Best experience ever.|Totally Suggest to come...

We sat at the mantra inn with friends... Hotel environment is very nice and the rooms are very clean.. talking about the food we felt at home food.. the view from the balcony is very nice..the hotel staffs are very friendly and cooperative. The hotel management is very nice. Food is very delicious and the restaurant is very nice.
