Amazing Stay at Hotel Third Pole

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Third Pole and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. The location of this hotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of the city, it is within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions and a wide range of restaurants and shops. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you will find that this location is extremely convenient and offers easy access to everything you need.

The price of the hotel is also very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the prime location and the quality of the accommodations. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities provided in the room were excellent. From the complimentary toiletries to the high-speed Wi-Fi, everything was perfect.

But what truly made my stay at Hotel Third Pole unforgettable was the hospitality of the staff, particularly Dinesh Gyawali. His professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. He went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot on and he was always available to answer any questions I had.

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Third Pole to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city. We had a worst experience of our life at this hotel during our stay. We are from India reached this hotel on March 23. On 24, we left for Muktinath dham and left our luggage in Conference room at the suggestion of hotel staff. To our horror, when we came back on March 25 at night 10.15 PM, we found our luggage broken into. One bag was completely empty and things and money were stolen from other bags. We had total of 6 bags and we were a group of 18 people. We called up the hotel staff and called cops to investigate the matter. They transferred the case to tourist police team led by BB Chettri. But nothing was done. Cops supported the hotel staff. Hotel manager Bhim Poudel was also shrugged off the incident expressing his helplessness. Cops didn't even take into account the fact that no window nothing was broken by the thieves. No signs of forced attempt were seen at the hotel. Cameras too were not working at that time. It was impossible to think that such theft can take place without the involvement of an insider at the hotel.||||The incident ruined our trip. This hotel has added lift which is much better than my last visit for carrying my luggages in forth floor, where my room was booked. But the standard of room must be upgraded. There are many other hotels around with much standard rooms in considerable rates. Bathroom with old toilet accessories do not please me. With same room price, you can find other standard rooms very near to this hotel. The staffs are helpful and welcoming. Much need renovation of rooms and bathrooms. Location wise this is good, few meters away from the main road, making it slient. WiFi is bit slow and requires frequent log in which get into my nerve. WiFi needs to be checked and updated.
