Marwadi Pure Veg is a decent spot for those looking for a fully vegetarian dining experience. The restaurant has a simple yet welcoming ambiance, making it suitable for families and small gatherings. The menu offers a variety of North Indian and Rajasthani dishes, which is great for anyone craving authentic flavors.
During my visit, I tried a few dishes, and while the taste was generally good, I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side. The portions were reasonable, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of quantity or presentation. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients seemed fresh, but nothing particularly stood out as extraordinary.
The service was average. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive. It took a while for our order to arrive, and we had to remind them a couple of times for additional items. While this wasn’t a major issue, it did affect the overall dining experience.
One thing I appreciated was the cleanliness of the restaurant, which is always a priority when dining out. The atmosphere was comfortable, and it’s a good place for vegetarians looking for a variety of options.
Overall, Marwadi Pure Veg is a decent choice if you’re looking for pure vegetarian food, but be prepared to spend a little more than expected. With slight improvements in service and a more justified pricing strategy, it could become a go-to spot for vegetarian...
Read moreWhere should I start? First, the waiter should not roll his eyes when a customer asks a question about why the serving is incorrect. The thali was to expensive for the serving, the chapati was to few for the price. The lassi was served warm, had to ask for ice, the waiter again rolled his eyes at us. The apple curstard was served hot not cold. When asked the Auntie at cash counter said "it was just made, no one orders it..."; if no one orders it then do not have it on the menu. This is the ONLY place in Pokhara that charged me tax. NRs 70...Auntie said "everyone raves about our food..." the Auntie was also rude to my family. This was a huge waste of money and time. What a horrible experience. I would never suggest this...
Read moreIf you are in pokhara and willing to eat something then run from this place. This is worse place to eat. I ordered garlic naan and plain naan including mix veggies (made in naan making device). They then served making it in tawa which was oily and mix veggies only had cauliflower and green peas and was raw. As i complained about it. These two waiters started staring at me as if i did something wrong, for the entire time i was in restaurant. They were talking in ear of each other looking at me and laughing. I got so uncomfortable and started fixing my clothes. I never felt that uncomfortable anywhere while eating alone at some restaurant in ktm or pokhara or anyother...
