KFC Papatoetoe — Restaurant in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

The food at KFC Papatoetoe, 🐓was literally, hard to swallow because, the attitude of those young immature girls employed by KFC Papatoetoe, was bad! I notice, everytime I visit that store, they never smile☹️, like it's just a job to them and, not a job they love💔😠I feel sad because the majority of them are Polynesian like myself; treating my family and I, like we were just another number! 😬 They have no Customer service skills at all. Also, there is a large hole in the ground, as I drive out onto east, Tamaki road ; just as I maneuver to turn left, I end up falling into a large hole and I can hear the under carriage of the car hit the pot hole, making it feel like I've damaged the exhaust pipe and chassis? 🤬 The hole has been getting bigger over the years and KFC has done Nothing! (nada)! to fill the hole in, damaging people's cars!😟 I'd hate to say this but I noticed from the last receipt they gave me, it had printed on it, their KFC store's address - 666👿 east, Tamaki road, papatoetoe, south, Auckland!? Now I reckon this review evaluation I have given, justifies why I have given them a NO stars rating! 🌠.They are operating from an address with an unlucky number!☠️ Please KFC, change your attitude and your employees attitudes by making positive changes for them and, fill that Pot Hole in or move to a lucky address because, Im never going back to your hell hole...

We were all looking forward to enjoying KFC. 2nd day after level lock down was introduced.. so after waiting for 2hrs total after the Otahuhu KFC turned us away because they ran out of chicken. We had to quickly rush to Papatoetoe. To wait it out.. got back home. Dang! No coleslaw.. fair enough cause it was dinner time rush and whole lot of people be buying up the family buckets, Yo!. And got to be in early for that dinner time rush.. but our chicken tasted burnt!!! Like obviously the chicken itself wasn’t burnt but the taste was burnt! I’m thinking they had fully burnt a batch of chicken in they’re frying oil.. but they continued to cook they’re chicken in it anyways! freak for reals such a massive let down for me and my family who were so looking forward to having KFC again!! But to be let down like this! It’s pretty unforgettable KFC!? And then to keep serving these burnt tasting chicken to customers that have been queuing for pretty much close to a couple of hours.. not good enough!! I can’t be the only one that was angry about being served burnt tasting chicken on Wednesday 29/04!? And this is the second time that KFC has served us burnt tasting KFC. 5 Star poorest Drive through. More than 30 minutes in drive thru...Do you even understand meaning of drive thru.. service should be fast on drive thru. Waiting n waiting even when your in store is empty.. they haven’t improved themselves, seeing people commenting on this are there relatives who saying they have improved . They should have tag of consist delay champions. Not even complete food order list n something wrong in oder or missed item. Not wearing gloves while packing food. Coming on drive thru says we don’t have your complete order. #KFC are you nuts wasting people time . waiting on Drive through. The #owner of this KFC should look into this or he/she is also a lunatic who can’t even match up the stock by running big fast food chain. Also better to change your business hrs. You should your inventory listed so people don’t waste their time on waiting. How come your manager or business owner is getting these small things. I came here after 2months . Still nothing changed.
