Really disappointing and upsetting experience at Jasmina. My phone was on charge next to my chair, which i had brought to my technician Jasmina's attention. Jasmina accidentally ran over the cord and dropped my phone into the foot bath next to it. I was not angry at this happening as I understood it was an accident, and I went to the dairy to buy a bag of rice.

What I was angry at was that when I went to pay, not only did she charge me for my pedicure, but there wasn't even a discount offered. To be honest I wasn't expecting to have to pay at all, and when I uncomfortably asked for a discount she laughed at me and told me it wasn't something they did.

She then accused me of making up a different story than what she claimed had happened, asked me repeatedly to turn on my phone for her, and when i explained that water damage would take a few days to set in, told me I could talk to her husband because he fixes phones. To be frank I'm just really annoyed that I paid $50 to have my iphone dropped in a dirty foot bath.

I am very angry and upset about this situation and definitely won't be returning to Jasmina, which is a shame as I've always appreciated her expertise. I should have refused to pay in the first place and regret...

Don’t risk getting your nails done here!! My regular place I go to was closed and needed a manicure and gels done for my work Xmas party so tried this place based on reviews. The colour was very uneven, very thick at the top and thin on bottom it was embarrassing as it looked like two different colours. I went back in to see if they could redo it and she said it must have been the nail polish and that was fine. When I came back to get it done she showed me a video of another customers nails and how they were fine in the same colour and said I must have used cleaning products for my nails to be uncoloured and uneven and made me feel like I was lying. She argued with me in the shop in front of other customers for at least 20 mins which was really embarrassing. She refused to redo my nails using another colour and she insisted I use the same colour that previously did not work and said she would not budge on that. She said if I wanted another colour I would need to pay full price again. I was frustrated worn down and disgusted with the customer service and in the end asked her to remove the gels and I just left. $42 wasted and...

A bit disappointed with this place for the first time. I was always coming here and was happy with their service. However on this one occasion I was let down. I asked for a normal color.. the lady put on a color she recommended.. however I wasn't quite satisfied with it and asked her to change it... she wasn't quite keen because when i did ask her 2 other customers walked in and the lady was immediately like I have another customer without even attending to the needs of the current customer which is poor customer service.. Eventually she did change the color and made me wait for an extra 10minutes just to change it.. another thing that I didn't like was that she was a bit too hard on the cuticle.. made it bleed too... don't think i will be going...
