We received terrible service from the time we arrived as he said our booking was only for 2 instead of 3 and that the room only had a queen size bed. He blamed it on Expedia so I told him that I had made contact with the motel twice. One by email to ask if we could add extra bed for 3rd person and the answer was no. We were happy to have queen bed and a single bed which he confirmed. So rang again just to confirm everything and beds etc and on the phone he struggled to find our booking but eventually did for the three of us. So on arrival he informed us our booking was only for two and had to pay extra for third person, and again blamed Expedia so I questioned why this would be when I had spoken to him on the phone but got no real answers. So finally got to a room which was a bit dated but ok. Within 5 minutes he came to our room saying card declined and I asked him when he put it through and he replied just now so I explained to him that I wanted to pay by eftpos when arrived but he went on about using the card I originally used and kept going on about and told him I had never experienced coming to accommodation and not being able to pay another way so after him going on about it I asked to pay so did this. He was extremely rude and degrading so i told him i dont want to talk to him anymore and left to go to my room but my daughter was with me and as I left she heard him threaten "ill turn your power off" So she questioned him about his bad treatment of me and he continued to not own any of it saying he will get his wife lol so my daughter asked him for a refund which at first declined but then changed his mind so my daughter came and got me and I went back to get refund. He wasn't sure how to do a refund so I assisted him and got my refund. He apologized if he had upset me, I did not answer and will never go back there again. She was very judgmental about my friends uncle and made comments about how we left the motel even though she gave us 5 min to pack up and then she watched us pack up like a stalker and then she threatened to call the cops on us for rules we weren't even clear about, for example, no music passed 8 and no guest passed 9, because we didn't know about these rules we thought it would just be the generic rules where no noise pass 10 and etc. When she was kicking us out she did not want to reason with us, she was kicking us out with no warning and we had no where else to go. The next day my friend called the motel apologetically and we asked weather we left something cause we were in such a rush to pack the other night we were 90% sure we left something. When we asked the lady she was very uninterested and all she said was she found a cream coloured bra and hung up on us.
