Wow what a place and great hosts. 3 beautiful king-size bed units, the best of everything is provided. Lovely comfortable beds and Linen lots of towels. Beautifully presented clean tidy spotless in an quite area. We booked all 3 units and great for several couples. A deck to sit on to have drinks and lovely soap pool to relax in. Set in lovely gardens and wow the Tuis. Facilities included coffee tea and shortbread, chocolates, milk and fridge. Kitchen sink and area for food. Rooms warm with heatpumps and under floor heating and heated towel rails. Lots of room for bags and a small couch and table and chairs. Great toiletries. Safe and secure parking and walk to town in 8 mins. Rebecca our host was amazing and cooked us breakfast each morning. We had a spilt stay and could leave bags behind also several very early breakfasts..6.30am and no problems. Breakfast was delicious, to full cooked breakfast. My husband and I spent 3 nights here. We wanted to break up the trip to Milford on a self drive holiday. We are both early 60’s The hosts Laura and Derek are absolutely lovey. Very welcoming, and kept us updated on the weather situation and the road closures. The room was very comfortable, neat as a pin, and included a small kitchenette that was very well stocked with tea/coffee real milk and delicious cookies. The bed was comfy and the linen and bedding very nice and clean. The bathroom was spotless and had underfloor heating as well as luxurious towels that were warmed on the heated towel rail. The breakfasts are fresh and tasty, and Laura and Derek even offered to make us something early to take on the road. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood that’s a 7-8 minute walk in to town. We had a lovely 2-night stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Te Anau during April 2025. The rooms were absolutely immaculate—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast that made a perfect start to our days.

What made our stay truly special were the hosts—a wonderful couple who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our 3-year-old daughter had such a great time playing with their daughter and son, especially bouncing away on the trampoline in the backyard. It felt like a home away from home.
