Redwood Apartments — Hotel in North Island

This clean and cozy apartment is beyond my expectations! It’s new, clean, and very comfortable, and the owner considers travellers’ needs. They even put heated tower rails and air purifiers in the room. So useful!

I also want to thank Grant, the owner! I messed up the booking day and didn’t realise that until days before check in. I was horrified, messaged him, and got his response instantly! He said it was okay and helped me fix it in half an hour! That happened at 8 a.m. on Sunday! More than that, he told me the new booking date had lower rates and refunded me the balance, which he didn’t have to do. The location was great, close to everything we wanted, restaurants, grocery stores, activities, and more. There were a few issues with the apartment, but the owners were very attentive and always answered our queries or were willing to address any concerns. Beautiful newly renovated home close by to all that Rotorua has to offer. In a quiet area with very kind hosts.
