Mariners Suites Lagos — Hotel in Lagos State

The hotel was easy to find as a newbie to Lagos looking for a place to stay. As described by the manager the location was close to the event I wanted to attend. That is to say they were honest. They didn't lie all in the way to gain a customer. Their service was top notch. From the receptionist to the attendants. Even the breakfast 🥞 was nice. The only issue I had was that I had to change rooms in-between stays. Because the toilet in my preferred room was not flushing. That is why I gave 4 stars ✨, but the way the attendants handled the issue was amazing. To compensate I was shown different rooms to choose another one. It's just the inconvenience of parking again after settling in that is why I am removing one star. Overall I had a great time there. From checking in to checking out. The hot water was also running fine. It was all nice. Kudos to the team at mariners...

I spent just a night at this hotel suite and it's located directly opposite Harbour Point Event Center. The staffs are courteous and everthing inside the rooms works as they should. The location of the hotel also something of delight as it's closed to the hustling and bustling of VI. A few things worthy of mentioned about my stay there are as follows:

PROS Super affordable accommodation for the location The room is decently equipped with kettle, fridge, water heater in the bathroom The room is super neat. Bathroom also has a bucket Standing fan in case of emergency Fiber pillows(I wish there were more than 2) Modern multifeatured AC Croacker fish pepper soup is so on point. There a balcony

NO complimentary tea, No free water No paste Small towel Regular keys Ambient Noise can be a bother if you want...

I thought it was clean, nice and comfy for the price. The Receptionist was eloquent and quite attentive in her performance of duty. My room even had a balcony that provided a view into the adjacent Navy Dockyards ( can't tell if that is a plus or minus). The Downside was that there were too many young lodgers in the hotel making it a bit noisy at times. There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast which I did not stay around long enough to sample....
