I’ve stayed at quite a few different Presken hotels, and while the Victoria Island branch isn’t my overall favourite, it does have a few things that make it stand out.
I’m not a big fan of its location — there’s not much happening in the immediate area — and the entrance and car park are quite small. However, the pool area is probably one of the busiest I’ve seen in any Presken. There’s a steady flow of both guests and outside visitors, and the bar and poolside atmosphere are consistently lively.
The hotel’s design is different from the typical Presken style and from many other hotels, which gives it a unique feel. The staff are good, though not the best I’ve experienced across the chain. I woke up with a nasty Nasal congestion . Read moreI recently stayed at their branch at V.I and unfortunately had a frustrating experience, particularly with their payment system and customer service. During my first lunch at the restaurant, my card was declined by the initial POS machine. They brought another machine that worked, but later I discovered I had been charged twice for the same amount.
