Excellent staff: engaging & accomodating. |Breakfast was on a smaller side but I didn't mind that. |The hotel needs some fresh paint and a new carpet. Some minor renovation won't heard either. Parts of the wall in my room were painted with a different shade of color and were visable. |My room had this musty smell but it could be due to the high humidity of the island.|This hotel caters to Chinese, therefore you will not find any instructions in English. No English TV channels. Even a remote was in Chinese.|The hotel itself is located on the second floor of a mini strip mall with stores and restaurants on the first floor. The entrance to the hotel was unremarkable to say at least. At the beginning, I though I booked a room at a love (by hour) motel. It would be advisable that the hotel invest in a proper sign. The building looked worn down as well.|Nevertheless, the hotel provides value for your money as hotels in Palau are expensive. I...

房間很小很簡陋、浴室跟馬桶是在一起的 提供洗頭洗澡二合一的洗髮精/沐浴露（不知道該怎麼稱呼這個綜合體）有需要分開的人建議自行攜帶 早餐每天都一樣：白粥、吐司、涼拌青木瓜、醃漬物、花生醬巧克力醬奶油、炒蛋或煎蛋、熱茶、熱拿鐵、白開水，真的不好吃 炒蛋、煎蛋的鍋子看起來是塗層已經脫落的不沾鍋⋯（因為他們都拿鐵湯匙在炒）而且沒有抽油煙機，吃完早餐會一身油煙味 大廳沒有冷氣 飲料都超燙 每天吃早餐都很痛苦😓 最扯的是插座，裡面有東西擋住我們插不下去，請飯店人員來看之後直接拿我們的插座很大力的插⋯我們只能在一旁很擔心插座歪掉：） 但後來證實了這個插座就是這樣子，有一個特殊角度可以插進去 然後是吹風機，看到有人評論建議自己帶吹風機於是帶了，結果插電 一打開直接噴火花！！！火點還把床單燒破幾個小洞⋯⋯嚇都嚇死了 後來嘗試用飯店固定在牆上的那種吹風機 結果發現是壞的，吹不出風之外過了幾秒裡面直接燒起來？？？還好是小火苗 趕快吹熄就沒事了 跟飯店反應吹風機問題後，他們說外面房間的插座是220V（但網路上查帛琉電壓都說是110V）而且整間房間只有廁所（給飯店固定式吹風機用的插座有標示220V） 外面不標示誰會知道是220V😓 導遊說是帛琉電壓不穩所以造成吹風機會噴火 最後就是飯店拿來了一台吹風機，叫我們在廁所裡用（插那個有標示220V的） 剛開始用有冒煙⋯但後來是正常運作的

其他就是最後一天小毛巾有蟲卵之類的東西🥹 真的很簡陋 不過床是硬床，枕頭也不塌 睡的蠻好的（也有可能是每天出海玩太累了）
