I was told that my first card payment was not authorized, so I paid for my stay with a different card, after I returned to Japan,I only found out that my original card payment had also been charged. When I contacted this accommodation to request a refund of the double charge of 252.5PEN, I received an email saying they acknowledged the fact and would refund the money in about 10 days. However, almost 4 months have passed and I still haven't received my refund. Although the person in charge has time to go to the jungle to play, it seems that he does not have time to spend on the international remittance procedures here. It's been over a month since the last email I sent him, but I've been being ignored. Although I believe there seems to be no possibility of refund, my Japanese SAMURAI spirit will never forgive this crime. The responsibility for stealing only 252.5 PEN will be tens or even hundreds of times more costly to this facility. There are many other good accommodation options in Cusco. A bit of a gem in Cusco if I am being honest. The rooms are super lovely and extremely spacious which is exactly what we needed after a long hike. The shower is instantly hot and high pressure. Lots of natural light which make it ideal for chilling. We had a small radiator that really helped heat up the room - a luxury which is not always there in Cusco. The staff is very polite and accommodating, they allowed us for evening check-in for a very low price - that was a huge benefit for us given we are traveling by night bus. Other than that the only thing I would improve is the breakfast which is high quality but very little - adding some cheese, ham and avocado will make it just right. Completely...

Very disappointing experience

Our stay at this property was very disappointing. The manager was unfriendly and dishonest — he charged us more than the original booking price and gave misleading information. The room was poorly maintained, and the hot water didn’t work properly. The breakfast was also terrible — there was very little to eat and the quality was poor. Overall, the place was nothing like what was advertised and definitely not worth the money.
