Cusco House Inn — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

I booking for 2nights in Cusco house inn when we're on the way they said they change the room cause have problem in toilet the shower is not working well

-first day The volunteers watching television with high volume until our room in 2nd floor and the volunteer sleep on the couch but the television still on and I go to downstairs and turn off the television. The toilet is horrible

-2nd day They only prepared very basic breakfast only tea,small bread and little bit butter.

In the afternoon we tell them we need early check out at 2am cause we need going to Machu Picchu.

Again they turn on the Television with high volume and left the Television in downstairs without anyone there when I go downstairs.

And they drink my beer without permission.

Very noisy from the volunteers we can't sleep until we leave and didn't respect to guest.

NOW I KNOW THAT'S WHY THIS HOTEL DONT HAVE ANY GUEST

Alfredo, the main contact, did not respect the previous coordination. They offered a rate with breakfast included and then upon arrival, they indicated that it was at an extra cost.|The facilities were dirty (some rooms) but most importantly, we urgently had to move to a different accommodation so that even if it did not offer security. A drunk man walks into the hotel, uses the bathroom, and then leaves. When informed, the only response was "... a veces pasan borrachos y se confunden...", "accidentalmemte puede ocurrir pero pasa hasta en los hoteles 5 estrellas" |"...sometimes they pass by drunk and get confused...", "accidentally it can happen but it happens even in 5-star hotels"||And surprisingly, they refused to consider any type of refund that was paid 100%...
