Hostal Qori Punku — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

We had the worst experience from our whole trip in Peru, and not only. You can expect the conditions would corresond to the price but those guys hit the bottom. First, we were shown photos of much bigger room while making our reservation on booking.com (not to mention that the condition of the rooms is much worse, the hostel is not maintained at all and the photos are made probably years ago....). Second, when I told the girl on the reception that it would reflect my review she told she will cancel the reservation on booking.com so I cannot leave a review and she did it. She actually haven't tried to compensate somehow the almost impossible to fit a suitcase miniature room, but cut off my chance for leaving a review. Totally unprofessional. Don't make my mistake to book in the very last moment and not have another option. I regret...

Nossa... o que falar dos donos desse Hostel?! Só coisas maravilhosas. Passei 9 dias de muita alegria, tranquilidade e amor. Sim, Patrícia e Ibsen, são os melhores anfitriões que alguém poderia querer, ainda mais em uma viagem internacional. Minha viagem foi com 3 amigas, e de cara, fomos acolhidas pelo Ibsen no aeroporto, ele realizando nosso translado até o hostel e dando dicas da cidade. Ficamos maravilhadas. Com eles mesmo, compramos TODOS os passeios que a cidade e ao entorno dela oferecem. O preço com eles foi o melhor que encontramos, a pontualidade ímpar, não ficando nada a desejar. Tudo que foi combinado, foi cumprido. O hostel e a agência de viagens deles, nos deixaram bem a vontade e montaram toda a nossa programação desde que chegamos lá. Uma amiga minha passou mal logo no primeiro dia, e eles foram bem amigos e nos ajudaram com tudo. Abaixo, algumas fotos dos passeios incríveis que fechei com eles. Melhor custo-benefício não há. E detalhe, o hostel é no melhor ponto da cidade, ficando aberto praticamente 24h e muito seguro.||Super indico, e confesso que se eu voltar em Cusco, com toda certeza, ficarei neste hostel e comprarei os outros passeios que não deu tempo de realizar.
