This hotel deserves a negative 5. Their staff (Constantino and Dalia) couldn't find our reservation so they just said oh well looks like your not staying here. We asked if we could use their phone to call our agent and they declined, and they also refused to make phone calls in regards to the booking issue. We had to call the tourism cops on them so they can try to help us resolve the reservation problem. Their manager, Fernando, was called by our booking agent and she explained to him that our reservation was valid. When questioned by the police, he said that he didn't receive a call. After two hours of waiting, we were fortunately moved to another hotel thanks to our agent. I had to create an account here just to warn other tourists about this "hotel". I regret booking at this hotel. It is very loud due to the layout and echo effect. Hot water and WiFi are both inconsistent.

The staff is often not at the front desk, so you may have to wait a while to get your key. I just started going behind the desk and getting my own key.

The breakfast often runs out of items, and is not attentive aboutrefilling things like the coffee pot.

It’s cheap, but it’s no gem. Trust me, you won’t like this place. I left early and just went to another hotel.
