Hostel Andean Atoq — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

El peor hotel, no lo recomiendo. Desde la dueña Patricia, que es una grosera hasta todo el personal, que falta de empatía y atención al cliente. Nos sacaron de la habitación sin razón alguna, llegamos en la madrugada casi 2 de la mañana con una persona mayor y al otro día al pagar habían cancelado la reserva.

El día del check in anunciamos que teníamos un inconveniente con booking que nos dieran un chance para solucionar el tema de pago y efectuar el excedente y la señora Patricia sin empatía y educación nos sacó del hotel, cortó los servicios de la habitación.

The worst hotel, I don't recommend it. From the owner Patricia, who is rude to all the staff, who lack empathy and customer service. They took us out of the room for no reason, we arrived in the early hours of the morning almost 2 in the morning with an elderly person and the next day when paying they had canceled the reservation.

On the day of check in we announced that we had a problem with booking that they gave us a chance to solve the payment issue and make the surplus and Mrs. Patricia without empathy and education took us out of the hotel, cut off the room services.

Realice la reserva por WhatsApp. Me pidieron que yo les recordara la misma la noche anterior, me parecio raro pero no tenia ningún problema en hacerlo. El día que llegamos nos recibe un chico en recepción quien solicita mis datos y me dice que no encontraba mi reserva, yo le indico que la realicé por wspp y no me daba respuesta, sin decir mucho me hace llenar un formulario de chek in, yo consulto si efectivamente teníamos habitación ya que no me informaba nada, y de una mala manera me responde que si, el destrato se repitió durante toda la estadía. La habitación compartida daba mucho que desear NO son como las imagenes que muestran en google, techos en mal estado, sabanas con pelos. Por otro lado el baño compartido era un espacio diminuto sin papel higiénico, y sin lugar para dejar las pertenencias, la ducha se encontraba arriba del inodoro (el cual no tenia tapa), esto hacía que una vez utilizada todo el espacio se mojaba y las pertenencias también; si alguien deseaba entrar luego solo a hacer sus necesidades era realmente imposible ya que todo estaba mojado aun que uno intentara secarlo por supuesto. No son condiciones óptimas mas alla del bajo precio que...

We've spent two nights in a double bed room. The room was clean and the shower had hot water. We can really recommend this hostel due to the kindness and the helpfulness of the hosts. Despite our limited Spanish skills they were able to help us in managing our hiking tours and even called our tour agencies in order to clarify the pick-up times. Very good hostel with...
