My wife and I booked this hotel based on booking.com and TripAdvisor reviews but found it poor at best.||||The good points. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have a heater. The reception staff are friendly.||||The bad points.||When you check in and find that the staff are wearing coats in the middle of the day you tend to think it might not be warmest.||We booked a twin room, found that they only had a dark internal room and when they moved us the following day the bath did not fill properly with hot water...Which was the main reason for booking this hotel.||||Wifi was poor and did not work one day and the other bad point the cleaning staff threw away my wife's medication who was sick. Another trip to the medical centre, fantastic.||||The worse point by far, upon checking out we asked for a discount as our stay was not satisfactory. The manager did not care and said that the mistakes with our room would come out of her staffs wages....Which left the receptionist in tears.||||Avoid this place, head for the San Blas...
