Para el personal administrativo, incluyendo la recepcionista, nada es imposible. Son súper profesionales que se encargan de cualquier tarea y nunca dicen que no. Son muy abiertos, hablan inglés con fluidez y se comprometen plenamente con las necesidades de sus huéspedes. En mi caso, dedicaron su tiempo a mis necesidades individuales. Me ayudaron a comunicarme con la clínica y, gracias a ellos, recibí los documentos necesarios por correo electrónico. Si necesitaba pedir un taxi al hotel, lo hacían; además, le abrían la puerta al huésped y el conductor me daba la dirección. Si necesitaba pedir una pizza, lo hacían. La terminal de tarjetas de crédito no funcionaba; pagaban con su propio dinero y el cliente abonaba la cuenta. Si necesitas llamar a la clínica en nombre de un cliente, ellos lo hacen. Si necesitas ir a la clínica en nombre de un cliente y obtener los documentos, ellos lo hacen. ¡De verdad que no se niegan, ayudan! ¡No tengo palabras para agradecerles su ayuda, apoyo, sonrisas, conversación, amabilidad y gestos amables!

The Hotel Santa Cruz in Huaraz, Peru, is a family-friendly hotel. The dining room offers a stunning view of the mountains, and in the evenings, a wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and family-like. The well-kept garden invites you to relax, read a book, or sunbathe. For the administrative staff, including the receptionist, nothing is impossible. They are super professionals who take on any task and never say no. They are very open, speak fluent English, and are fully committed to the needs of their guests. In my case, they dedicated their time to my individual needs. They helped me communicate with the clinic, and thanks to them, I received the necessary documents by email. If I needed to call a taxi to the hotel, they would do so; they would also open the taxi door, and givevthe address to the taxi driver. If I needed to order a pizza, they would do so. The credit card terminal didn't work; they paid with their own money, and the guest settled the bill aftereards. Need to call a clinic but don't speak Spanish, they'll do it on behalf od a guest. If you need to go to the clinic and get the medical documents, they'll do it. They really don't refuse, they help! I can't thank them enough for their help, support, smiles, conversation, kindness, and...

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks (with a break for the Santa Cruz trek) and were very sad to leave. Breakfast is plentiful and something different every day (including fruit, waffles, different styles of egg!) the restaurant was also very convenient for dinners when we had limited energy to go out after hiking, great pasta/pizza for carb loading, and lovely cosy fire in the evenings. It’s a bit further out of centre than other places but a taxi is ~6-8 soles if your legs are feeling tired. + beautiful views of the mountains, depending on which side you get a room! There are heaters in the rooms if feeling cold, the duvets are fluffy and thick, and the beds super comfortable. As mentioned by others - stunning views from the windows. No traffic sounds.
