Wifi: good signal covering all floors||Room: clean, no trace of humidity, hot water available 24hours with good pressure (if there is no hot water, just ask and they replace the gas bottle pretty fast), they clean the room everyday if you wish (no extra cost), most importantly: the room was silent so you can get a good night's sleep ||Facilities: there is a terrace with a nice mountain view and it's a great spot to meet other travellers. The owners can arrange tours at decent prices. Kitchen available with most needed things and tea/coffee is also available free of charge ||Location: close to the center (5-10 minutes downhill depending on the route you take) but away from the traffic so it is quite silent ||Owners: REALLY NICE!! I asked for a silent room and they made sure I got one, they even allowed me to check out quite late since it was possible. ANIMAL CRUELTY!!! They have a dog they keep upstairs, outside on the roof who is never walked and when I went to check on him he didn’t have food, water and there was poop everywhere. Although he has a small shelter upstairs, he is still left up there in the rain and cold. He is never given any love and attention by the owners, the guests we’re giving him pets and attention. Please if you see this dog, give him food, attention, and talk to the owners about this!! Let’s try to change his life. Overall hostel was good, but this tainted my experience. ||UPDATE: I gave them a note about how awful they’re treating their dog before I left. Now I just heard they started locking him in a room downstairs so you might not see him. BUT he’s still being locked in a room all day.
