Hotel Tamia — Hotel in Huaraz

The hotel itself is modest, but clean. After a whole day outdoors coming to a comfortable bed and a warm shower makes all the difference. |What really made our experience great was the attention of Salvador Ticona the hotel administrator. He took really good care of us, called us before arriving, picked us up and made sure we even got breakfast at 5 am so we don't go hiking hungry (when breakfast service starts at 7)|At a reasonable distance from the city center -aprox 15...

Horrible place. When we arrived the room was not ready though we came after the check in time, so they asked us if we want to move to another hotel. We refused, so only after we insist they began to clean the room. In the evening, we had no hot water in the shower so they let us take a shower in an external bathroom and they discharged us 50% of the rate...

El "dueño" qué nos dijo por llamada de celular dice tener varios hoteles qué por es eso no tiene personal y a pesar de nuestro reclamo nos dijo que nos retiremos del hotel sin entender la inmcodidad de sus huepespedes, pésimo servicio.

EL WiFi no sirve, no hacen limpieza al cuarto, etc.

No hacen servicio de limpieza, las papeleras de los baños llenos y sucios.

Un hotel debe de estar a disposición del huésped, en este hotel me dejaron afuera esperando más de 3 horas para poder entrar a descansar, teniendo a mi esposa enferma,fuimos de emergencia a Huaraz y tomamos el hotel porque esta cerca del hospital y pésimo SERVICIO....
