We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting Huaraz and the surrounding areas. We had 6 people in our group, and rented 3 rooms. All three rooms were clean, well kept, and comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant - from the crackling fireplace in the lobby, to the fresh breakfast served each morning (included in the room rental). Tea is available whenever you need it (as is the hair dryer!). Excellent Wi-Fi access. The staff, though limited in their english, was always polite, friendly, and helpful. Read moreThis is a nice, comfortable hotel on a quiet street a few blocks from the centre of Huaraz. Rooms were clean with good supplies of hot water and a great shower; not fancy but comfortable beds, a small desk and some storage. Staff were very friendly and helpful - even though breakfast is served from 07:00, they were happy to come in early to serve breakfast before our early departure for a flight. There is no restaurant other than for serving breakfast - which was very good, with a selection of cereals and choice of cooked items, break, teas and coffee. Recommended as a good value...
Read moreI spent 4 nights in this hotel, not in a row though. It was awesome to have the same room each time I came back. I had room No 504 which has a great view to Cordillera Blanca and Huascaran! The rooms are very modern and clean. The isolation is not so great, but they provide enough warm bedding. The employees do not all speak English, but everyone is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is great. The hotel is withing walking distance from downtown (Plaza, Market). The only (small) downside: No proper TV...
