Inka Hostal — Hotel in Huaraz

The accommodations are not too bad, but the staff is really unprepared. Our room ran out of water and they didn't know what to do, no one speaks English and my friend had to shower late at night, when they manage to find a shower for her, and had to wake up at 5:30am the next day, it was hell. Plus there is no support for the guests, no maps, no good hosts, not even a place to get water or food. It's also in a shady place, barely anyone know the place. The room is comfortable, nice beds and the shower is nice (when there is water) and towels, but there is no heating (and is really cold) and no carpet on the floor of the bathroom. Simplesmente não há pelo que indicar. O hostel é em uma rua que poucos sabem chegar, além de ser de difícil identificação. O staff é despreparado e mal educado, sequer se predispõem a dar dicas sobre passeios. Os quartos são frios, não possuem aquecedor, e os cobertores estavam com cheiro de guardado. O preço é altíssimo e cobrado em dólar! Ou seja, pagando em soles você fica sujeito à cotação do dia. Na nossa última noite faltou água fria no nosso quarto, tornando impossível o banho! Depois de muito reclamar forneceram um banheiro simplesmente IMUNDO para que tomasse banho. Nunca fiquei tão chateada com um serviço de hostel! NÃO...

Creo que prestar atención a los detalles es super importante para dar un buen servicio, el hotel no cumplió con esto. La habitación no vale el precio. Lamentablemente no volvería a hospedarme...
