Update June 28 one of my favorite places had this new dish pasta curry chicken cannot remember the name on the menu but was delicious. I am a foodie no doubt, with kitchen experience in fine dining and country clubs. I believe the sauce is a coconut milk with thinking cinnamon and curry cardamon had a lite sweet flavor with a hot spice to it. I would have preferred the chicken to be cut on a biased angle to absorb the flavor of the sauce. The chunk chicken was a little tuff to chew. But other then that to die for dish. Loved it loved. Order american coffee whished I I had some milk or cream with it. But I really enjoy this place the food the drink the ambiance of the restaurant. I just discovered this place, my husband and I first visit we had the vegetation special which was delicious. Sorry no pictures phone was dead, on the way out we discovered the beer they brew and bottle and sell. Husband enjoyed the beer. The second visit we honestly just had American expressso. So good we will be back. We travel often from Aija to Lima often so it is a must to visit for great coffee and vegetarian. Oh yes. They do offer other food. Just haven't tried it YET! Nice casual...

My girlfriend and I came here a couple days ago and ordered hamburgers. The atmosphere was great, so even though the burgers were somehow simultaneously mushy and well-done, we decided maybe burgers aren't their thing—we should order something else. Today's soft, mealy fried cauliflower, lasagna mush, and flavorless burrito were similarly, bafflingly, all wrong. Even the celery that came with the cauliflower was wrong—cut longways in thin shreds (shreds, I reiterate) instead of across. Look, there is a right way and a wrong way to cut celery: a Google image search will return 10,000 results, but not that. And a burger is elementary, and there are a million great recipes for lasagna on the Internet, and the chef couldn't follow any of them. It's like somebody bought a cookbook and decided to become a chef without ever having actually eaten any of these foods. At these prices,...

The staff were very slow to attend us and ignored us several times when we tried to call their attention. The time to deliver food to our table was also very slow, we waited 45 minutes for our food when it wasn't that busy. We ordered burritos. When the food did arrive, it was wrapped in aluminium foil that was stuck to the burrito and was very difficult to remove. When I did manage to remove the foil, the burrito fell apart. It was very bad value at 33 soles, and was more than 50% rice, and had minimal amounts of chicken and avocado which would have made it worth the value if present in higher amounts. It was not filling and I was hungry when I left the restaurant. Furthermore, I cut my lip while trying to eat because there was a piece of sharp aluminium in the burrito. In short, prices are high, service is too slow and the...

This restaurant feels like it is targeted to America travelers, but it still retains some local flavor. It is a leisurely place to enjoy a meal, beer, and a coffee. The food is locally sourced, and the table water is filtered to reduce the plastic waste of travelers ordering bottled water. Some reviews say the service is slow. I disagree. It is appropriately paced for South America. If you are expecting service and amenities like in the US, then stay in the US when you travel.

The place is a perfect spot for the days when you take a break from the day hikes of Huaraz. I went there for a lunch and ended up leaving after coffee. The Andean fish as eaten by my friend was worth trying. I tried Indian soup which was also fulfilling. The lemonade decoction is just perfect for the really sunny afternoons. This place also serve huge variety of its own brewed beers. By evening, we saw lot of day hikers coming in to chill.

I sat outside because the ambience was quite nice. Trouble is you’d have to get up to call a waiter since nobody is stationed outside to look after tables. I hope this improves but service staff were very warm snd friendly. Coffee way okay. Ordered pasta con langostinos but the langostinos were very salty. Pasta cooked al dente 👌🏽 and the sauce was good. Lemon pie was huge! Well worth the price and the taste was good.
